customer right here they decide to hurt themselves you're not going to because there isn't
one why are you stopping I mean you drove up to it you crashed right now you're under arrest for being

we're on route to uh just we just reported police car accident on 132 and 108 just
came in about two minutes ago and the status of the injuries is unknown at this point
where's Lyndon you got an ambulance coming how's the guy in the vehicle here Lyndon
drugs okay she won't open how about the other side here okay you can draw the other
side but you gotta open your bushes there excuse me 14 portable yeah we'll better have a wrecker down
here and uh maybe one more member for Traffic Control there's a third vehicle involved here
so three here or two assists too but the one that was involved that hit the PCS off in the
Weeds on the north side of 108 about two houses east of 132. this guy's obviously injured there's a
damage to the right front to the windshield here and we're not sure if this time where there's been two people
involved in here or not he's bleeding from the wrist and he may actually have a head injury here as well he's making a
lot of noise [Music] okay Mr duck how's it going when did you have your last drink tonight
[Music] [Music] oh my God [Music] put it on your feet we got a middle-aged male here who's
being a very uncooperative he's in a vehicle and that doesn't appear to be pinned or anything like that but he's
trying to prevent the emergency Personnel here from helping him out it doesn't doesn't appear to have any
broken bones or anything but he doesn't want to exit the vehicle at this point we've got a fire department
and ambulance attendance here who are trying to determine what his actual condition is
this guy here I'll go in the ambulance with him to the hospital and we'll need someone else to uh
excuse us trucker all his ideal being there too that's just close oh uh Bruce Bruce how much you had to drink
tonight Bruce also how much how much you had to drink tonight Bruce nothing how come you smell like you've
had Liquor on you buddy is that right way over the shop okay well I already worked I just
thought I'd just go there what's your last name Bruce so you had two beers huh yeah
oh [ __ ] me out clearly the white breaking right out man I want you to listen for just a second
all right this will just take a minute they got reasonable probable grounds to believe you're committing or within the
preceding two hours have as well have as a result of the consumption of alcohol committed an offense
I hereby demand that you provide now or as soon as practicable some examples are necessary to enable a proper
analysis to be made to determine the concentration of any of alcohol in your blood and
you understand that I want a blood sample from you Bruce that's what I want well you gotta suck it under my

getting there yeah this individual here is uh obviously quite distressed police car that he was involved in the
accident [Music] obviously intoxicated he's got a very strong smell of liquor on his breath
just decided he was going to take me on from his stretcher which is a bad idea have you ever heard of a red light have
you ever heard of red light have you um you get rid of him when they get out of my face twister
all right he's good bro shot in the head man all right with my leg up you're just
getting gripping yourself you're okay we've had enough driving buddy now get a grip
you get a grip here buddy or you're gonna get hurt do you understand me wow oh [Music]
look at that you want to go outside with me you want to see what I can do to you
rub your face right all over the place he's just smart are you oh my God I got some math
buddy yeah it's okay at this point he's had to be restrained with one of my leg restraints because he's been so violent
he's tried to kick myself and two other police officers and uh two of the security guards that are here at the
hospital and it's been lashing out it's been spitting quite often he's actually spat on a wall
about four times three of the members [Music] don't exaggerate you little [ __ ] I
spent on you twice I want to come over here I'll get a walk in the head twice as you can hear me
really not in very good control times so survive still alive don't lie you little pig I bet on you twice
he refused uh to provide a blood sample on the way down here and uh he's still conscious so we can't get a tele warrant
the only other thing it's a breath sample and uh as soon as the doc checks him over he certifies him that he's
capable this is the guy that was driving to pick up that whack there police car please that's right that's right that
sounds good okay well that's what we're gonna do yeah here's your medication right here
the doctors checked them over he's got nothing broken he's got a couple of bruises on his forehead and he's a
little bit stiff he booked into cells and uh you haven't dealt with a late sober
what it is is uh money that we have assigned to us for investigation purposes where we
we'll take out money and we use it to give an undercover operator to purchase drugs with
and uh hopefully it after each time we buy drugs we recover the money and we use it again and again until uh
we run out of people to buy drugs from it's the only way we have effectively dealing with a street-level drug
trafficker is by actually making a drug purchase from him sometimes we'll try to do it strictly
through surveillance sometimes at work sometimes it doesn't this is a Surefire and a quick way of
combating the sale of drugs in the streets okay LJ is going to go into the park in an undercover capacity and he's
going to hit on known cocaine traffickers who hopefully won't recognize him and make a street level purchase of
cocaine which should be about a half gram in quantity so once he's done that he'll give us the
pre-arranged signal we'll move in and arrest the trafficker and hopefully get the uh
rest of the drugs that he'll have on them and recover the buy money 623 Jesus and
765 -0 I'm ready to go yeah okay down we're set up LJ can you copy me okay bud on that little null there right
beside the basketball court there's a guy he's got a black leather hat on white T-shirt faded blue jeans
he's got because he just got some money back from a guy really skinny guy with a white T-shirt
on black blue jeans so they're working together yeah he just stood up making he's just
walking he's got a little uh red and white logo in the front of that shoot [Music]
s and he's got um he's probably got him laid down in the grass here he's not moving off that
little spot he's got it I'll have you from the miniature to the park Mike so you'll see them standing on the first
Knoll by the children's playground um there's about four of them right in the little group there
yeah I get drums you Mike you're right in front of you bud uh you should see him right now they're all for
him to stand there okay is about 50 feet away just closing down here we got one guy approaching him
um just taking it out of his mouth right now or taking a cigarette LJ's got his money out
just gave the money to a guy in a white and blue sweatshirt black hair black sweatpants and he's
walking away uh South in the park towards the bench stand on BCB on him for a sec still
walking uh sell through the park he's got the rest of his mouth just walking on the path there and they
came out of his mouth foreign [Music] [Applause] they've got him now what we did is send an undercover
operator in who approached Hispanic guy he purchased a stickball I believe from a quantity of cocaine and then left the
park we were given a signal that the drug transaction had taken place at that point the Hispanic Target left the park
walking in a southeasterly direction uh when he got to the corner across the street to detector Johnson myself in
front plazas and uh then apprehended the Hispanic drug dealer placing them under
arrest uh he's gonna be charged with traffic narcotic he was certainly searched unfortunately I didn't have any more
narcotics on him so as a result he's going to be charged with one count inside the narcotic from there he goes
to jail and uh he'll stay in jail overnight and he'll go before a judge tomorrow morning regarding bail renand
release or whatever follow-up status is going to take place uh with the courts and then he goes into the court courses
and closer trying to get the trial and we go to court and we relate to our evidence and it's up to judge very
strong guilty and to deal with everybody [Music] we've been dispatched to a call to
assist other members in uh apprehending a fugitive that's got kind of wide outstanding warrants for his
arrest is also advised that Calgary had an encounter with this individual where the suspect was shot two times and now
his escape from a custody at a certain time we're going to be talking to Corporal Polson here he's in charge of
the scene and he'll be advising us to the outcome of this Corporal Polson from 4-2
yeah I'm at uh 140th and 100th what do you need okay everybody listen up here uh what
we're going to do is uh go in and clear the uh one on either side and across the
hall and then we're gonna make the phone call so uh if you want to come down here
to about uh or the uh forestry offices we'll walk across 10-4 apparently there's a stairway here
with glass doors stairway or a fire door here and it has glass doors and there's a hallway here this is an
elevator door here so uh no so uh probably around in this hallway here and in this hallway here okay which
way are we going to call them out to once we get them finally cleared out we're gonna have to cover off these
stairs here we want them all to come in one way because of all the people here because
you get two exits here okay guys I'm fairly responsible for horseback of ARs and Calgary involving
liquor stores and convenience stores Calgary ERT want to pick them up on Thursday and he got got clear somehow
they consider him extremely extremely dangerous you say he always is packing a gun with them and we heard he had to
start off but does he have a handgun apparently no idea no idea what kind of gun it is but uh it's extremely
dangerous guys collecting uh stories some people say six feet and some people say six six and
uh we saw it looks like about six foot six one uh what he was wearing when we saw him he was wearing a black or a gray
and blue Mac jacket with a black hat on backwards sort of shoulder length wavy hair and fairly husky gun let's
pass the picture Rod if you don't have a look at him there's there's another male
in the uh in the building in the actual apartment he's a lot heavier he's almost
fat probably I'd say 220 230. extremely uh different build and look than he is so it's easy to uh to distinguish
between tutors also a couple females and there are possibly three two for sure so we'll do is we'll just Dash over
there Buzzy apartments on either side and across the hall tell them to come down we have a
situation there and once they're downstairs we'll uh no shotguns in the building

directions that's a butterfly knife this is against the wall we did uh did a take down here
we did get the guy he's in custody now had two friends with them uh we'll be just running to see if they got any
warrants weapons were found in the in the house here got two rifles and uh the butterfly knife which is also illegal
owner doesn't have permits for the guns does not have an fac but we're just going through here looking through his
stuff got some ammunition got some knives it's all legal the law no shotgun was found
oh it looks like an old uh gas mask of some sort well unfortunately this takedown went
off with uh a little bit of luck as we were trying to set up for this operation to go down
the suspect wind up coming out himself as they were leaving the residents luckily we had we got our men in
position and by doing so when they did come out we were able to be able to take them down without any
incident without any injuries and uh [Applause] nobody getting hurt basically huh quick action by uh senior officers
that went in was uh it's a great help there and uh seems like everyone was apprehended and
uh this should be uh no problems uh we have the suspect we wanted in cust you know
he's been he's been taken down to the main Detachment he's being processed as we speak we have here some paraphernalia
we're uh smoking and so we're going to be seizing this and we'll just destroy this week legally
and we'll leave it at that for now it's amazing what nice things people can turn around into
stuff like this for we usually had a lap now it's a smoking pipe but we'll just take these out to the
cart and we'll be destroying these locally according to Siri policy tonight we received information of an individual
who was unlawfully a large from uh Institute in Alberta he had committed an armed robbery in Calgary and escaped
prior to police apprehendium in a residence um he was picked up this morning at 10
o'clock in Surrey off a bus by his friends and took refuge in an apartment here in Syria on 140th
Street he came out of the apartment they were going out and was apprehended in the hallway he will be taken back to
ourselves we will establish if in fact there are any outstanding charges here and he will
be transported back to Alberta to deal with the robbery and the unlawfully at large matter

sunroof and it is a ticket for a body extended from vehicle come up and talk to them
they're staying up through there both got a can of beer and they end up dropping that or

I have we have organized a spiritual sweat today what we're going to be doing is cleansing ourselves with the one of
the spiritual leaders of the little what uh Aboriginal communities the area here we have
seven respective communities and each one has their different culture and tradition
we've been working hand in hand with the communities as well as the Tribal Police
of the area of the stately emanation we have organized this today to bring together both the community and the
Royal Canadian Marketplace more in spirituality and if there's any problems that have that are going to surface they
will surface in the sweat launch and we'll also be giving thanks to the Creator thanks to all the
kingdoms that's the pine Kingdom mineral Kingdom the animal kingdom and the human
Kingdom which is us here [Music] direction of the Sun coming up and uh that represents
like the mother's womb you know that when we go into there to to kind of reflect Bank we honor in the first round
there's four rounds we honored in the first round we express our appreciation to for all
the good things and even for the challenges in the second round we honor our our female
species of the whole world in the third round we honor our brothers our brothers and in the fourth round we
pray for ourselves and we and we ask for the things that we need and we always be very careful in in
distinguishing between need and want and this is our fire we I started this about nine o'clock this morning so the

purposes we cleanse the mines the body and the spirit and you notice my brains my braids represent the significance of
the bridge is putting together your mind your body and your spirit to make a whole person
and also your breeds reflect our likeness to the Creator like our mind is a reflection of the father our body is a
reflection of the Sun and our spirit is reflection of the Holy Spirit and then our Breeze also tell us we're
connected to Mother Earth the beautiful surroundings here our mind is a connection of the the water the
beautiful water the deep and mysterious and full of potential water and our body
is a reflection of the land here around us you know it's very strong and it riddle it a lot of times in our our
spirit is reflection of the air in our surroundings you know it gives us the energy that we
we need and the one last thing that the brains are significant for is is that is our
connection or reflection to humankind our mind is a reflection of man because man is a hard person to get to
know and um they they don't share the intimate things like like women do and our body
is a reflection of women because throughout throughout the ages women have been really kept down and the first thing I
would probably you see all the scars in my body is that I abuse my body I used to take dope and alcohol drugs and
all this kind of stuff so I punished my body just like uh you know it's like the
land is being punished these sweat lodge as far as the rocket amount of place is concerned is beneficial to all our
members this puts us in tune with some of the tradition and culture and I think also
the spiritual sensitivity of the community because they uh they uh definitely follow this type of
spirituality within the community and it's like it is like a a church with them seeing us going into the this wet
Lodge and taking part within this wet launch exchanging ideas within this month launch brings us closer together
and I think that it opens up their minds it also opens up our hearts and I think
vice versa and we have a tendency to speak from them all a lot but in this wet Lodge you'll find that we'll be
speaking from the heart and I think that's what it's all about and I think with them
seeing this and hearing us speaking from the mouth and from the heart it brings the communities closer together
[Applause] [Music] we go in the direction of the Sun and then acknowledging that we are all going to
be brother and sister in this one sacred place and then we offer prayers we offer
prayers and then we offer invite people to express anything that they wish to express we also give one another
permission to to become equals with one another like the RCMP officers in there there's a white person in there and
there are different degrees of status in there but we all become equal in that Sacred Circle
foreign all right good to Wendy and Jerry you've been how do you feel Joel finally starting to
cool down how did you feel when you came out of there felt uh cleanse very cleansed
and thankful for that opportunity to uh say what I did in there because I don't normally talk like that outside of a
place like that hold it on to the uh spiritually displaced and well at least they usually do without
they prepare everything and we'll just go down there enjoy ourselves this is all like I said the completion
of the braid for the sweat lives we we had the food for the mind and food for the spirit here we completed by
having food for the physical being and we thank the Creator and all you guys the company for being here because it

when I was back in uh back east in Toronto in Canada in that area the uh the concerns with British Columbia and
right across the province is right across Canada uh the average Aboriginal considers are
the same as us here as they are back there you know there there's there's uh land claims and there's self-government
self-determination and things like that yeah that they're working on it and uh um
probably work as he it seems that uh we should be just concentrating on on policing and working working together
let our politicians look after things yeah and we were we're put right in the middle we are we have to act when
there's a court injunction we have all of the laws of the land and then when two beliefs come into conflict
you know there's there's we want to do is work together and you know be United and share our ideas oh
share our resources and whatever we could family minded and then things you know you just begin to extend your
family until you get the whole of Canada as part of your family yeah I think and
I think things will become right now we're so fragmented it is no nobody knows where the head is that's
right you know like they say the head is in the heart is only that far apart but sometimes
