Terms of Use
These terms cover how you can use Forensic Files True Crime Hub, who owns the content, and the limits of what the site provides.
Last updated June 2026.
Using the site
By using Forensic Files True Crime Hub, you agree to these terms. You can browse, read, and share links freely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape the site, republish our editorial content as your own, or use it in a way that breaks the law or interferes with the service.
Content and intellectual property
Forensic Files episodes and related footage belong to Content Partners, the owner of the series, and are streamed through the partners we link to. The hub's own writing, page design, and editorial summaries belong to us, and you need our permission to reuse them beyond normal sharing.
Trademarks and logos shown on the site belong to their owners and appear for identification only.
Third-party services
When you watch through a streaming partner or click out to YouTube, you are using their service under their terms, not ours. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.
Educational content disclaimer
The forensic explainers and case summaries are general education about how investigations work. They are not legal, forensic, or professional advice, and they should not be used to draw conclusions about any real, open, or personal matter. For legal questions, talk to a qualified attorney.
No warranties and limits
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using, or being unable to use, the site.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the site changes, and the date at the top will reflect the latest version. Questions about these terms go to hello@forensicfileshub.com.
