on nothing buddy out there has a severe problem with me because we like to complain about it you know what it
wasn't buddy upstairs that called us it was uh five calls that we got why do you think there's so many cops here I
don't know we were outside talking and Buddy upstairs come out and accused us of
throwing a beer bottle and we had just come a lady just almost got hit by a beer ball
from seriously we might argue with the people upstairs where'd that leather guy go that one in
the back those kids is there anybody else here no so what are we going to do here uh
tonight guys we're all staying tonight what's that leave what me leave yeah yeah
I'm not leaving why not not right now I'm not why not what's that why not because I'm here investigating uh the
call outside cause a disturbance cause a disturbance what's that well they saw you walk right
in here the five four or five guys so well you're getting a little scrappy [Music]

just got off work okay well if we have to come back again tonight we're going to start taking people to jail okay okay
we arrived at the scene and there was uh nobody outside where supposedly there was approximately five males uh fighting
causing a disturbance uh they're all supposedly drunk uh lady at the scene claims that they
were using beer bottles and that and saw them going go into a basement Suite of the location we're at followed up by
attending the suite and there was three males and one female left inside all very intoxicated
they were warned about causing a disturbance and uh police would have to attend again here
tonight individuals would be going to uh jail okay we're just coming up on an accident
scene here the report is uh large truck has struck two vehicles we don't know the extent of the injuries
out the fire department ambulance is already on scene 25 times she was gonna go because she was
going to turn all three of us we're all going to take the corner at the same time turning which way
and the card step going straight she tagged him and they tagged me hi you guys saw what happened here yeah she
changed her mind and went straight and they smacked into each other okay which way is the trans I'm going okay
first coming this way they're both so you saw a signal yeah so the Trans Am was following him behind
and then they this car was going to come and turn down uh 148 and a lady in the Camaro was
going to turn the same time as I was well this car had a signal on and they kept on going straight she hit her they
hit him and landed right into me so lucky uh gas tank didn't go in Witnesses in the obviously the guys in
the truck she was uh traveling eastbound signal on to turn South slowed down began return Then chose not
to turn but because she was turning the truck decided to pull in and go eastbound because the clear the Lane's
now clear and the lady that was heading westbound chose to turn across her Lane heading South I see and she changed her
mind and ran into both of them okay that's fair I'll have the witnesses names for you later but I gotta go
just responding to a residence over in Wally where a despondent son-in-law who's having some mental difficulties is
banging on his mother-in-law's front door he has made physical threats in the past so we treat these kind of calls
with urgency just come down the stairs and talk to me just come down the stairs and talk to me
we don't want to break any guitars there okay come on down come on down I'm not doing nothing man
no you're not but I don't want to cause any problems here okay okay now turn around you're under arrest for causing a
disturbance okay just turn around okay behind your back so these guys are going to take my
clothes are in this room wherever man we'll make arrangements for your clothes in a second here okay I got like like I
got like eighteen hundred dollars worth of guitars in there man we'll look after
all that don't worry about it okay would you yeah we'll look after your guitars oh
assault for him you're over causing the problems over at your mother-in-law's place
okay never even open up okay but this is my clothes man you have the right to retain
instruct Council without delay that means you can contact the lawyer you can contact legal aid
legal aid lawyer explain the legal aid system for free okay have a seat you don't say anything anything you say

okay we've been looking for them all evening he's intoxicated and keeps uh knocking
on his in-laws doors and threatening them and trying to get into the residence and every time we attend he
disappears he's known to us and has been arrested several times in the past doing the same
thing so we'll treat him with caution because of his previous history with us [Music]

them back I don't know if we can't tell if he's really drunk but uh he's obviously in no condition to
ride his bike anymore so we'll take him in and give him a place to relax for a little while and make sure he's okay
when he gets released so it's basically it rescue 3 Portable I have a fully involved car and a fully
involved grudge over first Raven Ninja can lay in down the back alley over [Applause]
[Music] we're first on scene we don't have any firefighting capability we're waiting for the first arriving
engine to lay a line down the lane and here they come now looks like engine four
hi out we're gonna try to get hose on our rescue wagon next time Engine 4 crew is
taking a pre-connected line they're going to splash down the uh the garage in the fire

chest engine four was just uh signaling the hydrant man to turn on the Water by using his air horn
the men are attacking the fire now you heard that explosion a minute ago that was like one of the tires blew out
there goes the gas tank trying to bring an inside extension around to the back please
crap Rick yeah they needed insert extension at the back end there also we can get up into the box I got
somebody getting an inside there yeah [Applause] they got it pretty much knocked down
they're trying to apparently they've got a the attic in there and they can't get
a line in there so they're going to bring an inside extension so they can 19. knock the rest of the fire down just
it must be a closed space up there [Music] yeah the car in the garage of course they were
fully involved when we arrived and uh luckily enough the garage was separated enough from the house or any garages on
either side and uh has a little bit of a saving Factor we had a fairly quick response to this
one I guess we're here two to three minutes after it was formed in so Yuri earlier you get here the better off
you are this was actually a pretty simple fire really I mean it was wide open there was
no no barriers around it no fences to jump no other buildings or Vehicles involved
and of course no people involved either the fire is dark knock down now what the
fire crews are involved in now is what we call overhaul they're taking the axes and the fight
poles to it and tearing the heck out of the building trying to find any hidden fires
[Applause] okay they're having a little bit of difficulty here with the door behind
there there's there's two roofs on this garage and there's about a six or eight inch space between the two so that's
making a little bit more difficult to uh to completely knock the fire down garage as you can see is totally
full of somebody's valued possessions and they're in a pretty tough shape right now
has all the signs of possibly being a stolen car and I think as the police just said this
is a confirmed stolen car stolen from Coquitlam sometime this afternoon and uh I guess somebody's had a joy Rod decided
to get rid of the car and do a little bit more damage than what was necessary we're responding to reportable fall down

um [Music] how long um EHS is assessing the fellow now and trying to determine his level of
consciousness he uh he's not too cooperative he's definitely been drinking so what day is it

guy he was uh he was in sort of a semi-state of Consciousness what had happened after talking to some of the
bar staff is uh he'd been in an argument with another fellow at the bottom of the
stairs there uh the other fellow who were trying to find right now uh hauled off hit him right in the face knocked
him out and the bar staff um give us a call and give you guys a call and uh subsequently created right now uh we're
gonna run him up to the hospital and uh just for further assessment yeah yeah right on got any charges laid for the
chat not yet we're going to talk to this fellow maybe when he sobers up a little
more and see what his side his story is and the charges are applicable then that's
what we'll do great thanks a lot eh okay going goodbye and he hit something too wasn't too Swift or was it
anyone else in the car oh my God oh no driver's license please sorry we're just kind of shaking out
it's a little bit startling in case you're not sleeping too you guys okay yeah stepped on the Gap wow there was a
taxi driver in front of you you swerved around him yeah I got around into the oven and then then I came then I came
and then and I said I didn't see you there I could not see you you were passing with my lights on I was in the I
was coming in the opposite direction I did not see you at all I took a left here and all of a sudden you're right
here I can assume what happened took the corner too fast and the truck was there
they're speeding down the street can you grab that for me Mikey in the back seat on the driver's side he did a
sign right there what is the uh fence for speeding pen please yeah just hold on one
a sec please I think I hurt my hand in the whole shot with you okay yeah they can call you an
ambulance and check you out way too much just to make sure everything's okay no I'm a tough boy
Mikey's all right I'm all right so that's fine Mikey's already the boss is fine right now I'm gonna fill out an accident
report what's an accident report no that's what you'll need for your insurance purposes
uh and that's it then you're on your way walking of course well I wanted to talk
to the tow truck driver maybe we'll give you a lift this is like Fleet had I been driving an American car with
American Steel it probably would have bounced off that truck I would have had maybe a couple hundred dollars worth of
damage and scratches that I could have like touched up with touch of paint and I would be on my
Airway but unfortunately I'm driving a Japanese car both airbags have popped and if anyone wants to buy a Honda
Accord with slightly a couple dents come on down here uh within about 15 minutes
we've got a great deal going on right now what's our liquidation so there you are there's the scoopable
Japanese car that's why everybody likes Japanese cars setting yourself up for a lawsuits
that's that's a scoop of Japanese cars I don't know why American cars don't hold
resale you know you got the uh Mazda MX-6 which is the same car as the Ford Pro and the Ford Probe really you know
you're looking at the four throat Ford Probe loses its resale value right off the bat but you're looking at the Mazda
MX6 which doesn't lose its resale value they're the same car like what's up with
that well have a look at the damage that you make your own decision went off I hit this vehicle didn't even
know what was going on all of a sudden boom smoking completely soaking right the car
was on fire did not know the airbags went off until I looked down and saw these two things sitting in my lap in
Mikey's lap I saw the Box saw something sitting in their lap and it was Smoky all around it's like I
still coughing up a little bit because it makes it makes you feel a little bit better than they were there I think that
yeah I didn't even helped out I saw them deflated that's the first time I saw the
airbags it went off real quick and it was really smoky in the car it smelled like
latex actually believe it or not it smelled like latex but did they help I think they really helped airbags really
help a lot can't go wrong for a safety procedure I think if anyone out there is gonna buy a
car uh I'd probably suggest some airbags I mean they came in handy here we don't
know what would happen without him but it's tough to tell but it never hurts get some airbags great that was pleasant
long Imperial street and I noticed about three or four blocks ahead of me cars heading in the opposite direction One
car swung around the other car to pass it and someone's horned blown that Drew my attention and I noticed the card I
was passing I sped up quite a bit and I know as it came up to me I could tell I was going above the speed limit so as it
passed me I said I figured to turn around stop for speeding as I turned around he kept speeding up
so I could turn on my lights and went after him apparently he didn't see my legs so he
just kept on going he made a left-hand turn at two fast speed and hit up part truck here on the corner all in all
everything ended okay for them they were lucky uh hopefully this will teach him to stop
speeding we're responding to the complaint at the Surrey Central Sky Train Station Transit
Police are apparently reporting there's a fight involving a bunch of males at that point in their by the sounds of it
chasing one of the suspects so we're just gonna head down there and see what's going on so we can sort it out
all right station or bringing them here possibly oh okay okay I've got a very intoxicated
male here he uh was involved with some in some type of altercation on the sky Train along with another male that's in
custody um however we're gonna try and talk to him anyways and try and find out what
happened here and he'll be at least spending the night in our cell block until he sober's up
just stand there just stand there where's my cup get your uh get your gloves on and have you guys searched
them well or no no I just didn't put just sit there relax you got someone your name on it I didn't know who you
are my jacket involved you know what I mean okay [Music] um apparently started a fight with a couple
guys okay relax okay you know what I mean yeah no problem okay just relax [Music]

the witness there says that this guy and the guy that we just put in there um yeah they were they were just uh
accosting I guess you could say one guy basically saying uh there's two of us and one of you type
thing and so that witness over there round up there to see what was going on to help them
he the little guy takes a swing at the victim I guess he misses him the victim carries on is gone
four-person event here it's this guy and this guy and one other guy fourth guy a hard time on the train this
fourth guy who's gone now he buddy here a few shots I would give him one or two shots
third one who was tied in with these two is also gone basically apparently this guy was the instigator yeah
here we go that's all we know okay okay no problem you know what's up man what's up what
are you guys searching I just want to take a quick look here you holding anything you shouldn't be with everybody

blame listen he will because here's a couple of males being intoxicated in the Sky Train area we're
fighting with one or two other males um I guess the other two had Departed the scene
we brought these two individuals back so they'd both been drinking one severely intoxicated the other one uh not too bad
but uh at any rate had been consuming alcohol tonight so they're both going to spend the night in ourselves and sober
up and they'll be released in the morning [Music] what were detailed to right now is
several six or seven gunshots heard outside in the vicinity of Skylight Billiards at Smith and Canada
Way while on Route there another call came in that several more shots were fired
two vehicles in the vicinity and 10 to 15. youths were leaving place and heading out towards the vehicle
there's some of the nine Mills here see the show here you want me to see those that uh
that's blood three casings Now Dave there's one over here what happened to that one there's one here
there one there somebody got a chalk her you got four here can you pretty well show us where where
the cars were and which is what you saw so we're looking at the trajectory of the of the bullets where they would have
gone how many shots in here how hard before just four yeah he's running it was all like casual okay walking up
to the car yeah nothing like and the car and then the car to go and then he followed right behind them
what kind of car was there he wasn't a monster 66. it was a maroon reddish looking for the vehicle now
