s control over the vehicle whatsoever he doesn't have much ability to maneuver s

Hotel one of the members have been making patrols through the parking lot and observe the uh can I help her here
involved inclusion with another vehicle the firebird subsequently took off and uh that led to the high-speed chase we'd
had a similar vehicle involved in armed robbery earlier tonight on Scott Road so
uh during the course of the chase the member wasn't sure if the driver of the vehicle is taking off simply because
has the chase continues southbound King George Highway a number of police vehicles were able to get involved and
one of the vehicles I was able to get in front of the car slow it down and as he
tried to Edge it off towards the side of the road the uh the firebird ran the police car which eventually led to the
uh front tire on the firebird blowing and the chase continued with him driving on
the rim of the vehicle because of that at least the slow the speeds were substantially slower than
they might have been and the chase continued quite a ways down into Newton here where a number of vehicles were
able to block him in and that led to a couple of minor collisions once we had the fellow in custody it was
determined that this probably was not the vehicle involved in the armed robbery however the driver appears to be
impaired we'll see what the breathalyzer tests show it looks like there's a stolen valve tag on the license plate no
insurance and other that we really don't know why he was running that that time let's check into a motel down the street
was four blocks down here and this Camaro here whatever it was heading south there's Flames flying out from
under the car looks like the bumper was ripped loose or something to that effect
he got down about two blocks we run out onto the street to see him heading south
we heard some crashing and banging the car stopped and I couldn't believe my eyes I saw the Camaro turning around in
the middle of the road dodging police cars and started to come back this way as you come back towards us we need to
run for the motel to try and take cover because we thought he may try to pull into the motel parking lot which he
didn't he came straight down this way and they did another four blocks and they got them cornered at this point
here but it was a very very scary situation sure it's amazing thank goodness no one was hurt
it uh I've never seen anything that irresponsible the police handled her yeah Chase was going on and we got
the car stopped for the first time all three occupants inside were laughing at the police officers obviously pretty
stupid if you consider the seriousness of what's going on the potential danger involved and the gravity of the
situation that they had gotten themselves into then the chase continued a short distance and we got the vehicle stopped
once again and at that point the driver of the vehicle jumped into the back seat
while the backseat passenger jumped into the front I guess hoping that they would
be able to confuse us and avoid any criminal prosecution fortunately there were several of us right there on the
car who had seen this taking place and we were able to properly identify the the driver of the vehicle
see that the suspect vehicle was driving on one rim and he didn't have very much
control over the vehicle behind my uh Mariska Anonymous person being injured so I made
the decision to pull in front of the suspect vehicle I uh zigzag between the two lanes slowed
them down enough that uh to get alongside of them and gradually shoulder them over to the road continue
to slow down even more he swung around to the other side at that point we all boxed him in all right we've got so many
different things to worry about your biggest concern is the public I have to commend the other members for blocking
off intersections when they could do it it's probably the best that I've ever seen I'm just very happy that this uh
this ended up the way it did Clean Sweep All in custody and nobody hurt we're going to what appears to be a
fight a Big Brawl came out came in as a noisy party and basically the member that's getting
to the scene is calling it as a fight and progress there seems to be a large group of people at the uh at the address
and they're all fighting so we're going to go and check it out and hopefully it's not going to be too much problems

came back so I dropped the one guy and got on him and just as I did that then it goes in my car now jump my back
What's the storyline I have no shirt there he's one of the guys involved okay who's who's going to DHS

fighting there's a big bro you're drunk now you're taking him to jail he's crying exactly he's crying
because he has Peppers crazy and that's my problem okay what I'm saying is he was a goof and he's gonna wait hold on
hold on I'm sorry hold on respect you and everything if he was arrested okay there's a reason for it okay yeah
basically he's going to stay in cells until he sober's up when he sobers up that's going to be the end of it he's
going to be released and there's not going to be any charge it's not going to be the end of it yes it is why why not
where am I right like you have rights go home right this guy's been arrested okay
whatever okay I'm giving you I'm giving you two two choices here either you go home right now or you're gonna you're
gonna joining us you're gonna be joining yourself do you have a choice question one question yeah
um okay the three cops told you the same thing so I'm not going to repeat myself

brother was laying with whatever sir you know what the police officers made the decision to arrest them that's the end
of the story okay have a good night we're heading to an apartment building on Imperial street
the apartment managers called in reporting uh some of his tenants apparently are running around the halls
yelling and screaming urinating apparently it might be smoking some dope and causing a general problem in the
apartment building ourselves and another unit are heading over there right now okay
I'm uh they're having massive parties in there now I just got complaints from talents that they're smoking crack
cocaine or something in the hall hallway I came downstairs before you guys came this morning uh no that's one of the
panels here yeah they're disturbing everybody there are a lot of problems have you spoken it before yeah I spoke
them to him yesterday I told him one more party and that's it you're out yeah the addiction notices ready you're not
going to have them ready I need the the report is there trouble this is a clean building never had problems here since a
year and a half now a year you know now I rented what a mistake how many guys are in the
apartment oh geez two days ago there must have been about 40 people in there no I mean tonight tonight I don't know I
came down one guy swung out of the street I told him the cops are coming you're out tomorrow and I just walked
the one put our bikes inside here and anyway yeah we can lock them together in here and
we'll just put them inside I'm not going to be on Cops online hi cops well serve them protect Maybe

jean shirt a ride for a guy that doesn't want to go for jail you don't sure listen to what

here the manager was indicating to us that people in the apartment were causing problems we were invited inside
once inside located approximately six to eight males who would have obviously been smoking uh marijuana drinking beer
Etc half of a dozen of them ran out the back door into the alley [Music] never did locate any marijuana their
beer was poured out they were sent on their way and the party has since been shut down
go to jail Austin fast [Music] the report of a large fight on the SkyTrain platform
we don't have a member there yet so we don't know all the details and uh burn B from five who called in this call
pretty cold again 10-4 and they have security members standing up at it now and for it
yeah they're all getting on the train now aren't they [Music] [Applause] foreign

this train every single person on the train is yelling and screaming and then we get for some reason we're standing
right by the doors and we all get thrown off the train what's up with that we didn't throw you off
that's why we didn't get off so no way we're walking on the Surrey from here like because we're using it from here
you have to take a bus to Metro California reason to get kicked off the train there was no nothing to warn Usos
yellow strip and strip and that's where we are now the only reason we get off officer if we didn't want to walk home
from there she didn't get on the train I can yell oh I missed the last time Saturday night these people are getting
mad because we're being loud what's the problem here some chick thinks she's some kind of
hero that's why on the train and practically the entire train that those were the ones get them
off the train that the train can leave and that's why we wanted them off [Music]
as a number of um public events are happening still in in the city we've had several full Sky trains pass through the
Edmond station and we got a complaint about a large fight that was happening on the platform when we attended
basically we determined that it was a number of passengers that were causing a problem on the train
and when we attended we asked the identified group to leave there were a couple people on the train that fell
victim to a number of verbal insults and it uh you know was quite uh disheartening for for those passengers
who were you know who were disturbed by these these revelers shall we say so anyway
they were removed and placed back on the train each separately and uh everything
was cleared away with no problems the trains are still going with pact with people and hopefully we won't have to
come back to the Sky Train Station again [Music] oh we had a bystander come by and tell
us that there's apparently a man down in the lane here so we'll get we'll check it out
see how he is you never know could be gone What's Happening Here what happened guys

the ambulance uh is right behind us they wanted to pick them up and get them to the
emergency room as quick as possible it could deteriorate rapidly so St Paul's just down the street and it's best to
get him to help and get them get them on his way I just fell off the first start fire escape what was
he doing up there so you actually you actually saw him fall and hit which way did he hit right
on the side head first down more or less was he unconscious he was gone just the shooting up up there I don't know
kind of lost left it up there time will tell you well pretty serious you fall that far

because I'm not doing anything wrong I can arrest you right now no I'm waiting on somebody see because I'm driving home

time in uh sorry at the Dell Hotel everybody normally hangs around here instead of going home at the end of
closing time I'm gonna be on TV are we studying the Siri element of how um certain elements
of people bring together Siri and uh see what amazing things out guys like us are trying to bring people like them
together no no no let's see what the local problem with drugs and prostitution and everything
these guys legislation now if they had the proper legislation they would have the power to
control such situations and that would make a lot more sense you see the problem with Canada today is
we don't have the right legislation you see now it's not a political police that are the problem it's the
legislators you see if you were paying all these guys to make up this legislation yeah that's pretty much
useless especially in Canada I mean you can take for instance I mean you can grow dope in Canada I mean check out the
profits today you know I mean it well that was a long time ago but I mean if they were to legalize it the possibility
of taking the profit out of it then they'd have a big problem I saw you those guys just trying to kill me I
think you got it just giving a conflict of interest here see what I mean so I have to let them go

go home and then all the fights break out so we like to disperse the crowd as best we can here at closing time
rather than leave them all hanging around tonight wasn't very bad it can everybody seems pretty happy here
actually tonight but he wants to be on TV but our our problems are when there's too many people around here and then a
fight breaks out and then everybody else wants to fight and at times it can get pretty bad
so we just try to make sure people move on their way but one fellow there in getting sprayed
with some pepper spray he wanted to fight didn't appear that he really cared who he fought with he just
wanted seemed to want to fight with anybody so he got some pepper spray and it pretty well closed his eyes up and
rendered him incapable of fighting so at that point his friends were able to squeeze him into the truck and take him
home I guess the pepper spray is something that we've gotten in the last last couple years here
it's really handy uh it'll uh it'll close your eyes up makes it difficult for you to breathe
and for these guys here that are acting up like this you just can't uh you can't
fight the whole crowd and it's a great tool to even things up and it doesn't work necessarily on
everybody but in this case it worked real well hey how you doing how's it going guys

funny your buddy obviously is in no condition to be driving the vehicle and that's probably why he's sleeping but
he's also got the keys in his lap so we're kind of concerned that maybe uh he might drive away
okay so uh we'd really uh we'd like it a lot better if you guys maybe took a cab
and went on home okay you guys got the means for that we'll call you a cab I don't know

what we're looking at here is maybe if you can uh if you guys can get you a cab over here
and get you home where it's nice and warm and uh yeah out of the elements here okay we don't want you driving
I kind of argue that maybe even within the next couple of hours you probably shouldn't be uh
shouldn't be driving okay all right yeah okay so we'll get you a cab here for me
oh yeah I have cash okay okay you don't have any knives needles or anything on you that it should be aware
of no not a thing man okay why don't you just sit back here with your buddy on this log back here and we'll get you a
cab over right away you guys get involved in a scrap or something tonight [Music]
just have a seat there ready yeah we'll get the cab and get you to get you home that log is nice and comfy there I'm
sure we were just out on a routine patrol around in the area and uh film these two
general and pass out in their vehicle obviously uh after some sort of a party uh last night a little bit concerned
that they're out here um sleeping and where it's cold and the driver was somewhat impaired and
intoxicated and to remedy the problem they agreed to take a cab and go home and everybody's happy
