I'm Peter Vans and on the next 48 hours, a story from my hometown, Seattle, Washington. It was a case, a murder case
that was so shocking, my own mom called me about it. I'm in a place right now that few people get to
go. This is the evidence warehouse at the Seattle PD. And these two vehicles here back in August 2012 were involved
in a deadly incident. There were five shots fired from this BMW into this Subaru, killing Yansy
Null, a beloved wine stewart. One of the bullets came through and shattered the glass. And that bullet ended up going
into someone's apartment, an elderly couple, where it ended up in a picture frame. That sounds bizarre. Well, this
case gets bizarre. At first, cops thought this must be a case of road rage. But then a suspect emerged, an
intellectually gifted young man, and cops believe he became fascinated with murder, became a student of murder, and
that this killing was his final exam. That accused killer takes the stand in a dramatic trial that has a very powerful
