thinking about this turkey is just not something that I put on my plate that often and but there's other
items that I'm looking forward to as well cranberries stuffing and I think the biggest
underused item the gravy you can put gravy on everything yeah turkey is actually not
that good of a meat I mean it's not it is when you drown it in some gravy so is chicken and pork like
it look I get it like it's nice to have a big turkey dinner on Thanksgiving but when you really think about
it it's turkey's synonymous with this day right but if Turkey were great wouldn't we wouldn't we be eating turkey
like gear around which some people do eat it more than just on Thanksgiving I do as well but
in the grand scheme of things aren't you eating steak and hamburger and pork and
chicken 10 times more than you're eating turkey yeah but there's something great
and even fish and SE and shellfish it's like it's the turkey seems to be way down there on the on the uh list and for
and you mentioned all the other things right the s for me it's the sides like the turkey's like there as a part of the
uh ride but uh no I think you could put a steak or chicken or pork chop or something else on that plate with all
those other sides and I would be I'd be just as happy but also the leftover turkey
sandwich that's that is one of the best leftover sandwiches of all time and then you have you have to
remember you have to do the move where you when you go to make your turkey sandwich you take one of the take a
slice of bread and you and you have that um covered in gravy and you put it in the middle and that's what Ross Geller
calls the the the moist maker so uh yeah I just I love turkey day and and then I'll watch uh I'll go
back through like with friends and uh Seinfeld and and some other of the old sitcoms and watch old Thanksgiving
episodes because that used to be a thing back in the day I kind of kind of missed
that as far as
