shouting we attended an address that we didn't really exactly know at first where we
would be going because the complaint was calling from one street over so it's obvious how loud they were being heard
Windows smashing and whatnot we attended this residence here where we found one highly intoxicated male was discussing
something with with another male they were very uncooperative with us it was unknown whether or not the actual
Identity or the names that they gave for themselves were their actual names but we ran those on the police computer
sepic and one of them shows a possible hit for a warrant for that one something that's uh highly
intoxicated we're going to see what we can do to get him back outside and take a look and see if his tattoos match up
and if so uh we'll be putting them in jail on a committal warrant for sorry for theft

was in the front seat now was urinating on on the street once we check these guys it turns out
that this vehicle the driver claims they just bought it today however he doesn't have any of the
transfer papers and stuff required when you transfer a vehicle therefore this vehicle is being driven without
insurance and as a result we're going to get the vehicle towed he's not going to be very
happy and they're going to have to go on to their uh their hockey game some other way VIA cab or something so
we're just gonna let this young man know that I'm now your last subject well there's one way you can do it okay
either I'm going to give you a ticket for 300 for no insurance I'm going to tow the car now and I'll
let the tickets slide and you get up there you can get your papers for it tomorrow come back with the papers then
you can leave it then you can drive it away the only reason I'm not letting you drive now is because you don't have the
papers and stuff to show that you've done it if I go get the papers and come back I can drive it out here as long as
I got a signed transfers you have to have your transfer papers and stuff where are they now uh they're at home
they're at home yeah are they at home or you have to go get them filled out and bring them back they're at home I was in
a rush and I never well if you were in a rush you were you weren't in enough Rush
that you put the plates on it today right so I can Parker here no no either I'm going to tow it now and tow it to
the compound and then you can show up there with the transfer papers and drive it away
okay that or you can keep it here and get yourself a 300 ticket for driving no insurance
you uh call yourself a cab go to the hockey game this thing will be towed this thing will be towed to the Monday's
tow line just around the corner and after your hockey game you can head home pick up the transfer papers go there and
pick it up all right tomorrow right tomorrow tonight as long as you have the transfer papers because
I'm going to tell them that you can't can't pick it up until you have transfer papers

recycle plant and they're apparently stealing scrap metal and loading it into a truck they keep going back and forth
so right now we have our dog handler and another member going through there and they are trying to locate them we have
security watching on a on a monitor and updating us as to their location and we're just waiting here to see where
they end up coming out and if we can set up some containment when when they do come out there's a
only this one Road in to the area so if they come out of there they've got to come past us the idea is to stop them
before they do get into the vehicle because obviously we don't want to get into a Chase if we can avoid it
around this yard our Dog Handlers got one in our two in custody you want one of them in my car here
we have two males in custody the dog got a bite on one of them and they were moving scrap metal
from the yard outside somewhere and we're just trying to determine where they might have been stashing it and one
of our members is going to go back and take a look at the video and see exactly where where they were and where they
were taking the scrap metal from how did the track go with these guys well we went into the uh to the yard
there and they weren't sure if they're still in the yard or not so we searched the yard
couldn't locate the suspects in the yard so uh just did a perimeter search of the
yard located a track exiting the back track for four or 500 yards landfill area and grassy pretty rough
country there's some ditches in the located the suspects hiding unit it's a bunch of rocks and trees and
grass kind of thing were they lying down yeah they were made I think they knew that we were looking for
Florence cover there did they have like scrap metal on them or did they have a like stashed somewhere yeah they had a
pile of uh wire in that that they had hauled out I guess it made several trips the
security guard is observed from there they've made several 15 out of the yard and you had a pile of stuff
very was it copper wire yeah I think it was copper I wasn't for sure so the dog got a bite obviously yeah it
was uh I wasn't sure what he'd indicated from quite a distance away the there was something ahead of us so it
was pretty dark when we ran into this area and you grabbed one guy by the arm because we got there the guys were
starting to get up so I guess he thought we were probably not around so grabbing
one guy by the arm so the other guy didn't get bit at all no no the dog showed up
kind of late so they weren't actually inside the compound by the time you guys got them no
no they either thought somebody was after them or they just happened to be making one of their trips out to hauling
the stuff they never found a vehicle in the area either not that I am aware of something
long walk to Serve and Protect we'll be right back the members had an earlier complaint uh
of uh pizza delivery person going to a place and not getting paid for his Services by uh whoever ordered the pizza
so we got that matter settled with um but now it seems that whoever ordered the pizza in the first
place had come down to the restaurant and it's now causing a disturbance there okay
and then what happened and I only got one one of each okay why don't you just get back in the back of the police car
over here and we'll clear it out okay just a second sir is it a two for one night
yeah basically what happened was uh he ordered a pizza and he expected to get four the price of one and uh
PM him and uh the the pizza company had the company had a an argument and he was
he was refused to pay so we attended once we got there he uh he decided to pay for it
uh we left and then I guess he showed up here trying to get uh his money back and
arguing with the manager pulling on the door trying to break in uh so it's under
arrest we'll tell you later tomorrow morning he didn't come here driving he walked
down and he came back and tried to argue with the manager some kind of misunderstanding about his concept of
what a two for one is so he's wandering around drunk in a public place so we might as well just
take him back to the South and keep him for his own protection and also for the Peace of Mind of the
pizza place you're Filipino yes I am okay okay thank you very much for your time

just gonna Slide by there and see what we got we were just called in by a Delta 25 who was that scene as well
looks like a pretty serious accident here uh over here we have a Constable Miller he's uh he's one of our
series traffic analysts uh looks like they're measuring skid marks for uh they got a nice Mark going right down
from here as you can see right from the back of the flashlight where the flashlight is all the way up
to where the other police cars are up we'll just go up there and have a look as you can see there's a wreckage toward
to the right where the fireman is right now and skid marks they're on going from
back where that flashlight is you can see here he's taking out a pull a light pole that was here just laying
across the road now here's the skid marks here and we'll just stay to the side of this
all right as you can see it takes quite a bit of a mantle to keep going and you can see that nice gouge in the pavement
there nice deep gouge broken concrete along the curb line here and this is where he uh hit the grass
here and holy smokes that's what's left of the car there sounds like a car car come along and cut
one off uh-huh back down there and any coming through here take out one or two of these light poles uh-huh
from there when we got here the ambulance was taking a couple away you guys I'm not sure what the extent of the
engine is okay what kind of vehicle is that that's a good question I'm not sure right now
I didn't get getting close though they were working on as you can see there was a
Bonanza Motel sign that was destroyed in the process which I believe was back there
that's been uprooted and you can see where the actual sign was first indication there was uh it indicates that the
vehicle here was traveling at a relative high speed coming down the King George southbound
was apparently cut off by another vehicle started to Swerve took out a lamp post and rolled two or three times
people were taken to hospital undetermined injuries right now we're still investigating that and
looks as though the speed is definitely a factor here the luckiest guys in the world to walk
that little Camp yeah oh did they yeah no injury oh slight injuries okay maybe a broken arm maybe some cut
on his arm the other guy's limping them you're alcoholic I don't know I haven't seen any laying around as you can see
that's the back uh part of the back hatchback fin you could say tail front tire from the front left side that's probably
where it hit the concrete as well back on the curb as you can see the breeze debris is all
over from right back here right up to that police car here's the second Bonanza sign that was taken out you can
see the steel Sun embedded right into the ground and ripped right out missed the phone booth just by inch by a
feet or two after speaking a couple of traffic members it's quite obvious that speed
was a factor in this situation and that this vehicle may have been cut off which uh got swerved and lost
control there's three males in the vehicle apparently they all walked out no serious injuries maybe a broken arm for
one fellow other than that it's not too serious no serious injuries to the individuals very lucky people figure if
they speed a little here and speed a little there it's okay and they get away with it however speed was a factor in
this situation and people take their time leave 5-10 minutes earlier to where they're going you know it's a lot safer
and you don't get into messes like this to Serve and Protect we'll be right back

we've arrested them for drunk in a public place we're seizing his booze from him and he's going to spend the

apparently he was hit by somebody else so that's all I know for now there's someone else
who isn't the accident what's the license number it was a brown car it's like a Spanish
Brown like they're almost gold like a Nova it was like a Nova or something like that there's about four people in
it okay yeah it was four okay what direction did it go it was coming from this way they just they just didn't stop
at the light or whatever and they hit this vehicle here yeah just get this guy was going do you know what Vanessa was
going through a green light he was that that guy that hit him was at a red light for sure because everyone
was stalked he must have been green right the light this light was just changing right like everybody else here
was stopped yep yeah when great when we threw it was red it turned red the light was just changing the green on
this guy just I guess he came slightly before the light changed and then he went right through
and I guess this guy was what ahead of us yeah yeah yeah one car would have been us
was westbound on 104 Avenue and was broadsided by a tan colored Nova late 70s vintage
the the driver Nova fled with his vehicle and attempts to locate him at this time
have been negative the file is still being investigated we got a drunk male sleeping in the

two heads pop up where the police officer is and I I assumed actually that was a going down to a parking garage or
something but I guess they uh the alarm went off and they just took off my foot and two of them came out of there and I
was probably about 20 30 feet away from them and they're pointing to where the noise was coming from and so I didn't
know if the noise come from the restaurant or was coming from a car or whatever so I didn't even know it was a
breaking intro until I got close and after they took off past the bushes so just we uh we know who they are
Curtis checked him uh five minutes before this [Music] can't ID them no I've got nothing from the same coffee

Ah that's a whole window that nope our dog tracked and we lost the track down the road
two guys so what they did is they just kicked out the window but they didn't get in okay

the owners have arrived in approximately fifty dollars of cash is missing so uh our dog came up empty tonight
he lost the track just down the road so we got two young males out here someplace that are breaking into
businesses and hopefully we'll catch them before the night's over it's coming up to a scene here with uh two uh
two cars involved in an accident here looks like we got three cars on scene already uh just take a closer look and
talk to the investigating officer on this I think it's possible coaching blue cars going
found on one a week has a solid red lights the white Chevette is going northbound
on one five zero has a solid green light they decide to make the turn Okay nope got your info thanks okay so anyway
Chevette has the green light going northbound makes the left hand turn and kaboom
what are the extent of injuries they've taken I think one's going to SMH from the Chevette
driver the blue car is fine he's the gentleman standing with the Joe McGee is the arms crossed
so pretty just pretty much just shaking up most a serious injury here is uh Whiplash uh smiled Whiplash she's the
victim who's been taking a Surrey Memorial Hospital they're just taking a look at
but the driver of the other vehicle is fine wasn't all that serious come on as soon as she lets me go I am
not can I blow here I am not drunk there you go I'm not drunk I will blow anything you want I am not drunk

lawyer I will bring it for you no I want everything right now there you go to you
