The shock of Angie Hman's abduction and murder hit close to home in St. An today
as the 9-year-old Booder Elementary School's classmates went to school this morning. They passed beneath a flag
flying at half staff. Many parents say news of the little girl's murder has made them more cautious.
>> We stay together. We're a closerknit family now. We I make sure I'm holding the baby's hand all the time and he's
four. And we're just we're saddened by it. Extremely saddened. School officials say five counselors were at Booder this
morning to help the young students deal with their grief and fears. It was Saturday morning when deer hunters
discovered the body of Angie Houseman in a remote area of St. Charles County. Today, major case squad investigators
divulged little about how Hman actually died, saying only she died violently, and they are encouraged by evidence left
at the scene. >> Again, we are being protective of uh the mode of death and what we found at the
crime scene right now. >> There's some good hard evidence picked up out there. We're very happy with both
council.
