I'm detective Tammy Tramel McLain and I work for the Milwaukee Police Department
as a detective so way back in October of 2013 you do the first interview of Kris
Zocco was he concerned about his girlfriend Kelly no he showed no emotion did not
ask any questions about her really didn't seem concerned about where she was while I'm speaking with him I get a
text message from one of the other investigators who had been watching video downstairs with the manager
the security cameras video the surveillance video of the whole complex and he simply just says in the text she
doesn't come out she Kelly does not leave the building yes in your bones in your gut
based on your instinct and your training and experience you felt like you were looking at a suspect yes
my name's Kathryn spawn oh I am a retired detective from the city of Milwaukee Police Department I assisted
in the missing person investigation of Kelly Dwyer and this effort to find her radio television
there were Flyers that were put up around town correct yes what came of all of that nothing nothing
there were there were there was nothing looking back on this for you what is this case about I think it's the story
of a young beautiful woman who was totally manipulated by a very evil very manipulative conniving person this was a
very difficult case to investigate and I was challenged by it because of that I think from very early on we knew that
this was not going to have a good ending and I just didn't want it to fall through the cracks
my name is Sarah Hill and I'm an assistant district attorney in Milwaukee County I was the lead prosecutor in the
Chris Sacco case it was somewhat unusual for someone to just vanish out of thin air especially on the east side of
Milwaukee where did she go where did she go well it took us a number of years to really put that
together you know it really took a long police investigation what we believe happened based on all the evidence is
that miss Dwyer went into that building with mr socko that they went up to his apartment on the 18th floor that
something happened in that apartment everyone who worked on the case all the women that worked on the case I think
really understood that this was a situation that required justice and that Kelly deserved justice

There were no clues when Kelly Dwyer vanished in October 2013 from the apartment building of Kris Zocco, an IT executive she’d been dating. Zocco maintained that he had nothing to do with Kelly’s disappearance. It would take investigators five years to build a case against Zocco.
