so etiquette says I let the lady go into the cage first I've never done an interview in a cage before you fight
people in this cage right presumably yes um and why do you do that exactly I do it for fun this is what you do for
living yes how does one build a career in mixed martial arts well it started out because I was overweight and out of
shape and one of my friends said hey you know why don't you come over to one of the MMA gyms and maybe you can get some
of your builtup frustrations out on a bay well my first day there uh I was about a
little over 160 lb and I was barely breathing about to die on the floor and I was like oh my gosh I'm going to be a
pro fighter and they thought they'd probably see me maybe one or two days and eight years later here I am still
going out in the cage yes where have you uh competed oh I've competed in various
places I've competed in uh North Dakota California Colorado New Mexico all the time in in
the cage yes and I've also competed in Jitsu tournaments also those aren't in the cage but and Muay Tha fights those
are in the ring so which do you prefer cage ring or whatever you do jiujitsu in cage you can't run away from me in the
cage you're locked in you're not getting out I'll take your word for it
