[Music] my father used to say years ago that there's two sides to every story and so
we wanted to hear both sides of the story everyone was totally attentive to what transpired in that courtroom there
were tears shed um at at certain intervals during that trial when he got on the understand
he blamed the prosecutors for wanting to turn the decals of the case around there
you go twisting stuff again that's what happened she was murdered that that's what I'm talking about you twist that's
what you do you you twist more stuff than I've ever seen as far as Brett Parker is concerned it was like nobody
can touch me nobody can touch me it just didn't seem as if he was an an innocent
man whatever time s when when you know our eyes met when he was shedding tears I would never hurt Tim sort of had
compassion for him when his daughter was on the stand we obviously had compassion
for him the Bible says your sins will find you out and his sins found him out we took a
vote I I um gave each jural a piece of paper from a legal pad and asked them to write the verdict on on that sheet of
paper as to the charge of the murder of Tammy Parker we the jury find the defendant
guilty it was a unanimous verdict we all felt that we had done the right thing I mean if you had been in
that room you could see that that every Jew felt that they had done the right thing
