he started to tell the officer about last night the officer quickly walked the young man
back into the office portion of the police station he took the young man to a small
interview room inside there was a small table three chairs and nothing else officer gestured toward one of the
chairs and told the young man to have a seat then he asked them if he would like
something to drink maybe a water or a soda or perhaps something stronger like a coffee the young man replied soda
followed by a simple thank you the officer left the room and closed the door behind him the young man could hear
the door click in a manner that suggested that he would not be able to just stand up and walk out of the room
this door would need to be opened from the outside there were no windows to the outside
world in this little room
