so Hernandez brought you wanted to bring you down here what what was this back in
the day this was a bodega a convenience store haha and what did he tell you anybody well when we pulled up in the
car he pointed this this the boko doors out huh huh and he said yeah that right here this is where this is where it
happened is this where he told you he killed yes in the basement in the basement or the basement of this
location and so he said that he put him in a bag and then in the Box he was carrying a box on his shoulder he said
he put the Box up on his shoulder so how far did he say he carried that box he said it was about a block and a half at
this point I had asked him you know well I want you to walk exactly the way you did that day if he could he said sure so
he he walked down this street yes Prince tree eight tons house was which way is closed it's behind us so he's carrying
this box on his shoulder he said with he said with eight tons body in it how far
did you carry it I would say about a block and a half so this right into Thompson to Thompson Street so once he
got to once he got to Thompson Street he went this way right yes he crossed the street here and in that particular
evening this grocery store here had some garbage out they had a boxes that were wrapped up
over here and I kind of walked past him at this point a little bit and after reviewing
the video yeah notice that he had pointed oh yeah it was a box like that at this point he stops here this
location yeah and he looks down and it was kind of dark out and he looks down and he says there wasn't a door there
there's a door there now he said he went down some steps he took the body down here yes uh-huh but there's a door there
now there's a door so lieutenant when when you heard all this you were here you were taken you were taking the
photos we were taking the video when you learned that he was in fact right that there was no door here in 1979 would
that say to you just confirm that he knew what he was talking about he's pretty accurate and facts in your mind
when you learned that were you thinking this is our guy yeah very much so yes you
