once you positively identified the body as pawns then what' you do you know we we don't automatically assume things but
we're suspicious of certain things and when you go to this much trouble to dispose of a body it's sometimes an
indicator that this is somebody known to the victim why was it so obvious it was
a homicide well it was a person that was weighted down with cement blocks in a in
a bag thrown in the river they were not only trying to weight the body down they
were trying to dispose of it to a degree that it would never be found how early on were you pretty sure that Dennis did
this when I I found that uh cement anchor in his backyard he's called you a liar he said you falsified evidence what
do you think of that you know uh I imagine he's probably not very pleased with me because we bird
dogged him you know and I mean I wouldn't let it go I think he just thought that he should get away with it
I'm not sure what evidence he says I falsified he says the concrete didn't really wasn't actually an exact match uh
well it was exact enough for me and it was exact enough for the grand jury there was nothing distinguishable from
the concrete in his backyard from the concrete that we found in the bag I'm sure you have a theory on what happened
this is my theory this is not fact uh but I think he started planning it on ship I I think he planned it out I
really do it was that premeditated yeah I I think he'd already made up his mind that this was not going to happen to him
again he'd already had gone through one bad divorce what do you think his motive
was I think it was avarest I think he just thought he was going to lose his house
have to pay child support he was worried about losing money losing his house and
she was not doing what he he wanted to do this guy's a very controlling person do you think Dennis should ever get
parole no I don't why not I just think he's a dangerous individual you know to kill somebody and deprive their little
children of a parent forever just over some money I don't have a lot of sympathy for
people like that
