jump to conclusions and I feel like I got it worse than my cousins did maybe because the lifestyle I lived you know
did you have anything to do with George's death no never did never would never thought about it no okay did he
did any of your cousins no how about Josh no I could say no I don't think he's that type of dude how about you
have you talked to your cousin since the cruise yeah okay here and there our relation me
and my cousin's relationships are the it never was we never really were tight we two different individuals like
I explained to you have you seen Rusty since or talk to him one time when I when I went back to live in new uh when
I went back to hang out in New York a couple times I seen him i' I've had plenty of times where I wanted to go on
CBS CNN and do something like this and but I just know they're going to lead to oh you've been in prison and it's just
going to leave to me looking even worse you know what I mean you can't judge you
can't judge a book covering either M everybody goes to their trials and tribulations in life I took this course
that I this little fork and roll to go positive I was always taught a positive road is is very narrow and easy to fall
off negative road is wide and corroded easy to jump on a bandwagon man if I knew who killed George or if I knew what
happened to George or any any any any anything that happened with the man that I could help with I put
that on record man I would help Why Not Innocent Man got hurt for no reason man I'm all forward I'll testify I do
whatever I got to do know I'm saying I feel like I also feel like I in in due time I should get some I should get some
um some credentials Maybe not maybe that's the wrong word I should get paid for my for my suffering because of what
you you been put through yeah for for what my family's been through the money they spent on lawyers for and necessary
reasons being treated like a suspect samples getting taken hair ripped out your head swabs of the mouth for
what putting me on the internet on blast putting me on CNN on blast making a movie about me that's
supposed to show tonight I don't deserve that not at all especially when I was willing to help
somebody will pay me for it did you tell did you tell the cruise line that you were willing to help yes yeah we all did
but we were going to keep our mouth shirt until we got to learn a lawyer we got to turn it up and then we can do it
properly mhm I even offered I even offered polygraphs and everything man you never came back and told anybody
that you had something to do with it right no never all right I've never I've been asked that question five million
times which this question I just how you did that did you what did you do that night did you kill him did you do
this first off if I did do that I wouldn't be sitting here right here with you m that's first off I wouldn't talk
to you second off I every every person that ever asked me that question I said man whatever happened that night man is
dead and gone and that's it and it ain't my business that's to the point yeah and
I'm not part of it it was to the point where I just didn't want to deal with it I and somebody asked me a question I
told man man I don't know what happened it ain't your business whatever happened
happened man what you want to know you think I'm murderer you want to find out that what I would tell him scared him
the hell off that's what I would do I'm that type of dude I I could be really nice and fall back and lean and chill
out or I could be aggressive I'm sure everybody has animal nature in them

Greg Rozenberg was one of the last people to see George Smith alive. In 2010, attorney Mike Jones questioned Rozenberg in a Florida prison, where he was serving a sentence for trafficking oxycodone.
