A millionaire's downfall in photos | Forensic Files

Can you share with me some family photos? Sure. Sure. Um, so these are some of the pictures that I love. Um, because it
shows him, you know, super happy and just kind of the man I like to remember. And he seems like the happy go-lucky dad
that's super proud of his kids. He just had a really magnetic um smile and was always very photogenic. And was he a
doting dad? He loved his girls. I mean, he just he melted when he saw any of his
girls, especially when they were born. He was a good dad, protective of me and protective of our girls. This is a
wedding photo. I have an album, but I put that away um for safekeeping in case one day my girls want to see how mommy
and daddy got married and I tell them stories about New York and how beautiful the wedding was. So, I want them to know
that there were really happy moments, too. How did his appearance change? He dyed his hair black, which okay, so he
turned 50 and he had beautiful hair and salt and pepper. So certainly people are
allowed to do that. But he started dressing in all black and um you know painting his nails black which he said
it was for concerts and his whole appearance seemed to change. He got paler, his skin got pale. Um his eyes
that are generally really blue and vibrant and happy just became very dark. Almost pupils are super dilated. I saw
that change and it it was as if he was not recognizable. This is a picture that um was submitted as evidence. This was
the evening of January 16th, the day of my arrest. And so this photo went into evidence. So this scratch led to your
arrest and nearly a year of supervised visitation with your children. 13 months. 13 months. Yeah. It was
dismissed after eight months. Emily Cole completely dismissed all the charges. I've come to ask attorneys, how often
does this happen? How often do spouses, you know, accuse another spouse of domestic violence? And they say 50% of
our domestic violence cases during um situations of separation are trumped charges that are fake and it could lead
to you losing your children, custody of your kids. it um has bearing on assets and financials because well you're
kicked out of your home and if you're given restraining orders in my case I was um fully restrained from the
business because we operated the business together. So he was really able to bankrupt the business while this was
going on. It was um was kind of like taking a baseball bat to to me and knocking me off from day one. Um, my
