Two days before Bill and Peggy Stephenson were murdered, witnesses saw a man banging on the door of the trailer chapel where Bill ministered to truckers and yelling for Bill.

Investigators later found a man matching the witnesses' description on surveillance footage inside the truck stop. Nobody there recognized him. Neither did Bill and Peggy's family.

Detective Cox ultimately traveled to 18 states following tips in an effort to identify him. Fifteen years later, investigators still don't know who he is.
