After 6-year-old Joseph “Jo-Jo” King III was found unresponsive in his Texas home, his stepfather claimed it was an accident involving a toy chest.
But the story didn’t add up.
Jo-Jo’s father, a homicide detective, immediately questioned what happened and began asking the question that still remains: "Does my son have to die for y'all to do something to help me?"
Jo-Jo’s death was ruled undetermined. No one has been charged.
