looks like you guys are racing down here about a Mach 2 and didn't realize there
was a concrete abutment there seems like you're harassing some patrons nobody my son had to go to somebody else

last time on New Year's Eve when we dealt with him I was a book looks like we've got two injuries here I

motor vehicle accident cars hit a concrete abutment so we're just going to go away from 1990 for driving check out

like we've got two injuries here well let me just advise both of you you're being investigated for impaired
driving until I figure this out okay pulled up the scene here we've got uh two people from the uh from the vehicle
are out on the sidewalking on the ground the front of the vehicle is totally demolished uh
looks like what's happened here is that the they went tearing down the street and uh
hit this thing and then carried on about another 50 feet or so but the they look like they're both impaired in
their uh with their injuries and stuff they uh they're claiming that somebody else hit
them but uh unlikely Adrian can you go down there and try and locate a witness to see who got out of
the car where like what side and that kind of stuff sure I've actually got the driver in my car instead of it's okay to
bring them back now or which forever the driver oh you found out who it was yeah
who was it on the ground the other guy the guy sitting on the sidewalk yeah okay
um excuse me excuse me I'll ask you not to move anything please thanks looks like
after we hit this there there's some uh there's one vehicle right at the beginning there were part of the
concrete stuff broke off and looks like hit the ass in and as they came up here looks like they hit a couple of cars
along the way before they finally came to rest just up at this point here staff can you ask everybody around if
they saw [Music] okay and you see who got out first pardon me do you say who got out of the
car first and stuff hi guy was holding the uh passenger on the road when I arrived
he said uh the guy was laying on the road when he got the car yeah and uh the other buddy boy who's in the back of
Adrian's car was up walking around checking out the damage on the car writing a statement okay okay pull it
back up towards pull your foot towards my your head bend it bend it this way I want you to
okay so Dan do you have any medical problems no no you don't take any regular medicines no um
cool you can go ahead and talk to him tomorrow what uh what happened you told him to slow down
three times and I just braced myself [ __ ] son of a [ __ ] where are you guys coming from from the bar which one
after we went to the bar he went to his buddies yeah oxygen on your face you can talk
through it I think if he was there because he wasn't there and we drove over Meridian
that's right there's a Meridian we went over we got a flat tire we got a flat tire and we pulled over
and I pulled him let's take a cab here and he said no we can make it to my house
so we kept on going and he got crazy I've seen I seen the pillar again on the road I told him three times
he didn't hear me he had the team he's crying guy in the ambulance uh got some neck and back injuries
and uh he's indicating to me that the other guy was driving and when I spoke to the other guy here on the road he was
saying that uh the guy in the ambulance was the guy that was driving so it's uh we'll have
to try and figure it out here but uh judging from the way everybody was going to try and find out
find out who had the vehicle tonight they just got their registered owner's name and they're going to have them make
a phone call right quick here to find out uh from the registered owner who had the
car it sounded like a car actually dragging a muffler quite a ways away and here I'm coming
down our road and we've had trouble in the past here with the cars colliding with the barricade down here and uh the
noise was so loud it actually woke my wife up and I woke up from as I woke up the car passed by and the next thing I
heard was a tremendous uh I guess noise down the bottom of the street and figured well somebody's run
through the barricade and sure enough by the time I got down here there was other
neighbors helping the people out but the driver definitely ran through the barricade again
we get one of these a year up here and it's amazing because it looks like these people have been drinking a little bit
but it seems their reaction we've had here has had alcohol involved in it too so quite ironic
basically what we got from the guy in the ambulance who suspect was the passenger in in the
vehicle here the uh he claims that they wrote a drink at the the boo Pub that they hit a Meridian
there and the front tire front left tire was going flat and I guess the suggestion was made to
take a taxi and the driver said no we can make it and they were coming down the road and by
the way the tire looks it shredded uh completely off Victor's hardly any rubber left and uh one of the witnesses
here said that they could hear something like it was dragging before the accident
and no doubt it was the The Rim uh you know make contact with the ground they did some damage here tonight to
Serve and Protect we'll be right back he's getting that's quite violent be careful he doesn't have nothing um

me to stay here and all of a sudden she taught me a casteria so there it is she told me I could stay here and I saw
this to it and I'm I'm not drunk I have not raised a hand against anybody yet another reason he violence my son had to

to do this right she's the one who told me to get out right do you understand what I'm saying two

here for her and her son I'm not I'm not arguing she's also good at medical problems she's also a medical person I'm

okay and did you sit in the car you sat on the driver's side which side of the car did you sit on
you sat on the driver's side and you said on the passenger side yeah and you don't expect you both sat in there at
the same time right here so you're walking here and you both think hey let's get in this car
no no that wasn't at all it was like holy nice car let's get in yeah that was it no I just looked at it
I wasn't I live right there I got a family you know you didn't just look at it you got in the driver's side
and he gets in the passenger side well did you right am I wrong there I think you got the two feet oh no no
question we were just the pr is coming down here he's gonna have a look at the vehicle yeah he's on
Route like right now oh you think about it why would you go and get in the car you don't know who
owns this car you're resting yeah where do you live I thought you just live up there
you live right here but you decide to rest right now all right these two males are going to
be charged with possession of stolen property over a thousand dollars that being the nice Red Corvette here
that they've trashed uh what they've done and we have a witness who saw them they uh drove the
vehicle in here and I guess they had so much fun with it they didn't want to give it up so they
tried to push it out and get it out by themselves they could continue in their little mission
both tires on the driver's side of the vehicle are are totally shot so they wouldn't got too far but regardless they
weren't kind enough to stick around for us so when Constable forestier arrived they were both arrested for possession
Stone property and they'll be held for court this morning and now the paperwork begins
we got a call that and I've got a Blocker on last night God damn it that was parked within the compound in
the compound with a blocker because the fence looked uh looks solid to the Constable that
checked it out anyways I'll go down there right now do you have any numbers on this vehicle any
identification numbers [Applause] what were you chasing them no they just uh slid off here then they wipe out and
uh their low IQs tell them hey let's stick around try to push it out and then we'll
drive it both these tires over here are totally shot they weren't going to drive
anywhere but they stick around one of our members comes by and sees them ducking behind the car so they're both
going to jail right now [Applause] You've Got Brains oh pair of morons son of a [ __ ]
it just won't leave us alone I know what can you do I mean you've taken all the steps all the precautions
we've tried we've tried guards down there just doesn't seems it doesn't seem to matter what you do you can't stop it

tonight basically and he was uh the girl didn't hit on him and he was all a bit upset
and he jumped off that's it that's all he did no I I'm not lying that's all he did was drinking and

drinking so I'm designated driver so I didn't drink much and anyway we were there since uh nine
o'clock just you know this evening and then we just left we're gonna go to Danny's and eat but he was out of hand
so I just said forget it we're gonna go home on the way home the guy was all mad
at arguing about he couldn't pick up any girls to get jobs off the car you know and there's nothing I can do well how
can I do it I'm driving I stopped him once because I thought he was just hanging there I thought he was getting
sick so I stopped him actually you know he did it again he just fell right out and that's when I called the ambulance
you know I mean it's not like yeah I find threw the guy out there's just just a two year in the
vehicle there's two of us at the vehicle in a ton of it how fast would you were going I was probably going about 20
miles an hour you know because I've seen it coming I'm like trying to slow down but it's not it's you know look at the
height often yeah here to here you know you're going to get a bumped head you know that's all the the only thing and
and that's all you know and I'm obviously it's only with me I mean like I've never seen this in my life okay I
mean I suppose mine my own fan jumping on my vehicle and I can't believe trust me this is the last time I ever
seen this coyote again the last time in my life one friend I guess became quite intoxicated uh
due to the fact he was a little bit out of control his friend decides to drive him home uh while on route to home
the drunken friend became a little uh distraught over the fact that he uh hadn't been fortunate enough to come
home in the company with one of the female friends I'm sure I had done one occasion
to jump out of the vehicle while it was moving however the driver managed to restrain him to the point that kept him
in the vehicle however on a second attempt the passenger managed to slip out the passenger window before the
driver could get the vehicle stopped and he landed on the pavement his injuries are
head injuries and major abrasions and that to the back and legs quite intoxicated and a little unruly
right now whoever looks like should be able to get in the hospital and fix them up there
it's a call of a suicidal male on one Street [Music] we dealt with this guy he's threatening
he says that he's going to harm himself he's got knives he hasn't hurt himself yet but we dealt with him and uh
[Music] we dealt with them last New Year's Eve he had problems with his girlfriend and
he was depressed over breaking up with her I guess no I guess he's back at it we're gonna
have to reattend we'll maybe go on the other side there he had a gun the last time on New Year's
Eve when we dealt with him so yeah okay well one one just went inside okay okay who are you talking to uh
what's your name again Gail okay can you maybe tell Gail that we're here and uh we'll uh it's okay she
can hang up now uh okay he said that it's okay for you to hang up okay Gail thanks a lot
what's happening oh um what's what's happening tonight I'm pissed off I'm sick and tired of it life
you're sick and tired of your life why why are you sick and tired of your life so I mean my parents have dreamed like a

only about six beers eight beers over a period of how much time two and a half hours well that's a fair

but it's a depressant yeah yeah I do know what it works okay now I seem to recall being here last New
Year's Eve is it over the same thing yeah it was it was were you here I was down the road but I I didn't deal
with you directly what's uh I mean I understand that you're depressed about life and it's a
little hard right now because you don't have a job do you have a girlfriend no no
that's one thing that's keeping me from doing it doing what killing myself what's what's stopping I had one I mean
the last last that was part of the last one they always sold for a gun was breaking up I mean it's was that the New
Year's Eve uh okay are you thinking that uh is that the way you're thinking right now is that you
you want to hurt yourself yeah now did you think that way before you started drinking or after yeah
you thought that way before I think it every morning I wake up yeah I dream it what happened the last time uh in New
Year's Eve when we came well um actually I talked to uh Bucky yeah and uh before you guys showed up I had a I
actually had a shotgun to my mouth I was about to pull the trigger a Bucky talked
me out like that and actually you know I don't think I think you're partly too some credit is
due to you as well for that because I don't think you really wanted to do it I think part of it is is
the fact that you felt something inside of you that that uh you couldn't do it I mean you're alive
and we all have hey yep okay but you know the reasons why you don't want to be a lot of times I think that
I don't wanna I I don't want to do it myself but I want someone else to do it for me okay
because then in a way a lot of ways that I keep thinking to myself if I do it I'm
gonna hurt myself and I'll feel pain if someone else does it and I won't feel pain
yeah yeah I can understand that there's a lot of times I'm walking down the street and I I feel like I should just
walk on from a bus a lot of times I mean every day I go every day I'm walking to
work I go up to the sky Train and I'm waiting for a bicycle life and I was a lot of times I think they
walk out in front of it what No One's Gonna know I mean it was an accident right geez it's not like not like a
suicide right boom I'm done I'm history I mean he's going 60. I'm I'm history it's done
what you're gonna solve though what's going on in my life it'll solve it right there you know what
everybody you're not alone in this everybody thinks about that once and once in a
while I thought of it myself when I was going to University I'd be walking by a bridge
and thinking about jumping over the bridge it's not an uncommon thought when we get
depressed we always think of Alternatives and one of the Alternatives is hurting ourselves
and for some reason there's a fabric there that's uh keeps us you know hanging in there
because we keep thinking that there's something better around the corner and there is we all like to think that we're
you know we're capable of handling everything that goes on in our lives but we can't I mean it's just life is too
complex and you know everybody needs help every now and again complexity [ __ ] well it is it's like
that for everybody I'm not I'm not trying to minimize you know what you're feeling you know what I'm just saying
that you're not alone you know there's some people's problems are bigger than more others yeah or
sometimes people perceive their problems to be bigger than you know what I'm saying
yeah like anyway I phoned Neil he said he's going to be coming over yeah he said he'd take
about 15 minutes or so I guess to come from where he's coming from take care see you guys again well I hope you can
work things out actually I have confidence that you can work things out it's our job okay a good name okay good
night well we got a call of a mail that was threatening to hurt himself said he had
a knife he had been drinking depressed about his family situation saying that he can't get anywhere and
he's sort of struck stuck in a and the circle that he feels he can't get out of and
so we talked to him a bit and managed to phone his cousins who he's quite close to and understands a family situation a
lot better than we do and cousin agreed to come over and help out and so what we're going to do is uh
write this up and give it to our victim Services uh people and they can follow up on it
to Serve and Protect we'll be right back as the RCMP forensic artist for e-division
I've got a variety of different duties primarily my duties are doing composite drawings traveling around the province
doing composite sketches of crime suspects from victims or Witnesses descriptions but I've supplemented that
Duty function with a computer system that I've got last year this system is kind of famous in so far
as it's used quite a bit in doing age enhancements of missing children an example of that in Canada would be
Michael Donahue well we didn't have that technology up in Canada and I I was introduced to this system when I
attended the FBI Academy last year in Quantico Virginia besides that doing age enhancements there's a number of
different things that we can do we can do composite drawings with this system we can do
adult aging and disguises of wanted suspects and we can also do facial examinations
say skeletal remains and such I actually hope in the next couple of years that with this system I'll be able to even do
facial reconstructions which I do now freehand in a drawing sense or in a three-dimensional sculpture
format so there's a lot of possibilities with this system one of the cases that I'm
working on right now is on a age enhancement of a felon that's been wanted for over
20 years in the murder of a couple of young people in their early 20s from the Tofino area Vancouver Island
these two people were killed while sleeping together in a sleeping bag on on a beach
and this particular suspect at the time was an American draft Dodger hiding in Canada
he was also with a church group up there and there's the theory is by the investigators that he was kind of
appalled the fact that these two people were having a sexual relations outside of a
marriage and so what he did is we shot them both while they were sleeping he was originally from New Jersey whether
he's in that area we don't know but they've got a couple of very tenacious investigators up in Courtney
that are trying to track this individual down they hope to get this particular age enhancement and this and a
episode done on America's Most Wanted in this case as I say it's a 20 year old murder case
but murder cases are never closed so if I can help them at all I'd be doing an age enhancement as you can see here in
this fellow he's tall quite lean so I'm going to try and indicate that in the face here he's gonna be around 50 now
I've done some work on it I'm not quite complete but I have done some aging on him as
already I've given the lighter colored hair a little gray in his hair a little sleepier looking eyes I'm starting to
put furrows in his forehead little age lines around here because he was tall and lean I'm only assuming that he
probably still has a lean stature so I've drawn in his face I've made him a little Slimmer there
hard lined around his teeth a bit more I stretched his nose somewhat I'm just putting a few age lines under his eyes
now I'm going to do all that besides that as you can see here I originally had done a sketch version of how I would
Age this person but hopefully this will even look more lifelike when I do it in this photographic system
but in some of the photographs that we did have of them he could grow a fairly fairly good beard so I most and he's
wearing glasses in this last known photograph of them so I'm going to do it in this format but I'm also going to
probably do a photographs format with maybe a little bit longer hair the glasses and the full beard which he
would probably have and give him the salt and pepper because he's dark-haired and normally dark-haired people do gray
in their 50s I can do pixelation to give a little more age to this individual's face you
can see now it's focused around the eyes here and I could add more color or depth
around the eyes with doing a little bit of pixelation you can see with the dots and different
color tones of and if you look in this picture here you can see the eight the lines starting to
form around his eyes so it'll be several hours probably about eight ten hours to do a really good
eight age enhancement of this individual but if it helps in identifying them or servicing them
it'll be all worthwhile if I wanted to put a beard on him rather than going to time consuming Avenue of
drawing a beard I would just find a photograph where an individual had a beard and morph it on I could actually
from this picture alone I could scan this into my computer and put that same beard back on this fellow just the same
the way it forms around his face back on this picture so it's an excellent system for manipulating
photographs in so far as this investigation is open this guy's been wanted for over 20 years
the members are actively pursuing it in so far as we want to come up with an image now only because of I've received
training and age enhancement in to doing it in a drawing form but now with this computer system I should be
able to provide a pretty good image of what this guy might look like some guy hit you
I don't think so foreign looks like you guys are racing down here about a Mach 2 and didn't realize there
was a concrete abutment there I'm gonna get my logger right here right now okay I'm getting to be a bit dust off here

you know where you're going not to a hotel let's look at this listen pal maybe the courts will buy
your little eye okay but we aren't stupid we know we know we're in the car we know you took the car well you know
what you do whatever you want to do buddy because they're not I'm not lying to you that's obvious John you've had a
little too much to drink to here and uh you've been asked to leave you're gonna go home and now we won't leave me
where's my wallet I don't know where is it it's in there it's in my lunch bucket
