me so when did the girls actually get here so Eliza arrives first at the yogurt shop um around 7:00 1 hour later
at 8:00 is when Jennifer Harbison arrives and then at one point Eliza Thomas's mother comes in yes when Maria
Thomas is there she sees the two girls um Amy SS and Sarah Harbison come back in they had gone down to get pizza and
they' come back in to the shop so that means that those men had to be there at 9:45 yes and the yogurt shop
closes at 11: yes so they were there at least an hour 15 minutes before closing we believe that they had come there um
had probably scoped out the place and had left then I think the the next thing that is is important or very telling is
around uh between 10:15 and 10:25 the girls be cleaning the yogurt shop now are these still customers who are inside
these are all customers still people who are coming and going but they're cleaning and why is this important I
think it's important because when we're talking about the the very set routine that goes into cleaning the yogurt shop
and which girl is going to do what um one thing that's telling is it's Friday night they want to get out um they want
to go home they've got plans uh Amy is going to spend the night at the harbison's house and so here we have the
two girls who actually work there well now they've got two extra hands that are going to be able to help them and it's
this customer right down here who actually is the first woman who sees the girls begin cleaning then everybody
after that remarks about yes we saw them sweeping and then mopping and putting up the chairs they
would see Amy and Sarah sitting at a table and some of them saw didn't see them at all which would mean the two
girls were in the back probably helping to empty mop buckets or do some dishes or things like that since there was a a
a cleaning area back there and what time and where where are the witnesses who saw the two men so we come up to here at
10:42 they order their their yogurt one small one large and we know that by the receipt that says
1045 that's left in the cash register they leave at 10:47 the doors locked behind them and
the two men are locked inside these two men that you've marked with these big question marks these are the two killers
you believe yes who were definitely in after 10:47 yes and the last two people in
there except for the girls the last two people in there
