In 1993 a string of rapes and murders surprised a rather safe neighborhood in Allentown, Pennsylvania.  The citizens of Allentown were quick to question if this violent spree was connected to an unsolved homicide from the year before. The violent murder of 15 year old newspaper carrier Charlotte Schmoyer spread fear and terror far and wide.  The Allentown Police Department worked the case using every resource along the way but the murders continued.  Jump into the Garage and listen in to an examination of this still very haunting True Crime story.
