I told her that like I'll be like Mom you're you know you've gave me too much I feel bad cuz she's lost everything she
sold her jewelry I mean she doesn't I mean goodness gracious she doesn't have a car anymore I mean that's all because
of me and yet at the same time she wants to do this I mean I did have to explain
to my mom that what I did was you know St wash and classified as negligence and so it took her a while to understand
that what about now like I know you and your attorney had talked about you I've known
this for a while right and but I don't think your mom did no we didn't I didn't tell her
and I kind of like told her a little bit but not to the detail that okay there's
100% chance I'm going to jail I me because she kept thinking maybe you wouldn't have to go to jail go to prison
I mean I thought that for a while too but I knew I'd make I'd made a mistake but I just didn't know I didn't
know exactly how the court system works so I didn't know how I'd be sent to prison I didn't know how that worked at
the time in my mind I was like well any jury in their right mind once they see all the evidence will know this is an
accident and I will go to prison she's talking about moving to wherever you're yeah incarcerated how do you feel about
that I really I mean I think it's a waste of their time and I understand they want to be close to me and to be
great to see them but they they've already done my mom's already spent last year and a half in every penny she owns
on me I mean I understand you love me and I love you too but it's okay to let me go for right now

Army soldier Skylar Nemetz is on trial for the shooting death of his wife Danielle. He says it was an accident; prosecutors say it was murder.
