Jen Sue thank you so much for chatting to us the verdict is in not guilty of murder but guilty of manslaughter what's
your immediate reaction well it was pretty much what I predicted all along I had said quite some time ago it would
probably be culpable homicide and uh well that was what it was I think you know in the end it has caused a lot of
polarized reactions legal experts and Technical experts are saying this is crazy the judge made a mistake I think
in the end remember there were only two people there one is dead one is alive and we're going on his version and the
judge bought that version she did how did you feel emotionally though askcar as your friend well from that point of
view I was relieved for Oscar I think this was definitely a best case scenario for Oscar for Oscar's family and for his
legal team and you knew both Oscar and Ras you saw them shortly before her death I did about 5 days before the
shooting we had dinner together and we were able to spend some really good quality time together I saw them in a
very happy light and they were very much in love and it was a moment that I will
never forget that moment with Oscar and Reva after the shooting he was so incredibly remorseful and and I do
believe that he definitely was truly devastated and just in a State of Shock and remorse I'm sure there's not a
minute of every day that passes where he doesn't think about her in terms of um being a friend to both Oscar and Rea
it's must be quite hard being caught in the middle definitely um and I struggle myself sometimes I ask questions about
what actually happened happen and does this make sense and I think for all of riva's friends this is really a big
tragedy but I do believe in my heart from knowing Oscar for all these years that he did not shoot with intent to
kill Reva
