on a football field the preliminary autopsy didn't shed any light on whether costaa George committed suicide or if he
was the victim of Foul Play his remains were discovered Sunday inside a dumpster
not far from his apartment CBS News has learned a handgun recovered near the body belonged to Cara George police
still say the 22-year-old likely killed himself something his teammates who knew
him as a fun-loving athlete and natural Leader found hard to accept he's really just one of the last people that you
would expect that this would happen to or he would make this kind of DEC ision or really I it was just really
shocking it's unclear how long Cara George's body was inside the dumpster toxicology results won't be available
for another 2 to 3 weeks Cara George was last seen leaving his apartment around 2
a.m. Wednesday dressed completely in Black before he vanished he sent a text to his mother saying I am sorry if I'm
an embarrassment but these concussions have my head all effed up according to his family Cara George a member of of
the Ohio State football and wrestling teams had a history of concussions and was sometimes disoriented friends say he
rarely talked about that I think Costa just he just had like a moment of weakness and sometimes that's all it
takes just one one time and it looks like it was it was that for coaster this time Cara George's brain is now being
examined by experts at Ohio State for signs of concussion related injuries he was a walk-on defensive tackle for the
OSU football team but he had not yet played in any games Gail Don so so sad thank you very much
