on the trigger who was the aggressor she was threatening him with a gun if he is
the aggressor then this is a murder if she is the aggressor this was either self-defense or an accident this is the
9 mm gun this the actual gun it's caught now there is no external safety on this gun and so any slight
pull of the trigger would cause it to go off there was no single piece of physical evidence
that really conclusively pointed towards a particular verdict did you intentionally shoot your
