captain and with me as always is the crispiest of Kernel that's me on the drums that you hear there on the there
you go spinning the drumsticks so my bad because last week we were talking about the updates in the
Idaho murder case suspect Brian Colberg and I went on a rant like I normally do and derailed
the whole conversation and it wasn't entirely your fault you just you know I'm very sensitive about the deli video
and you mentioned that and then I kind of hijacked the conversation and we never made our way back D we got to the
point where we just hit stop because we we were just kind of drugg on for so long yeah and and we were you know
tensions were mounting in the garage and we we hit stop and we looked at each other and we go what were what were we
talking about again how did we start what were we talking what was the topic I brought up the video to bring up
another point and the Idaho murders but I never figured out how to make it back so I've been following this casee I
find it fascinating because suspect Brian Colberg which I keep calling him Colberg you call him whatever the hell
you want but nobody points it out to me I I spoke with somebody the other day for like 2 or three hours about old
Brian coburger and I kept on saying Colberg and I said it towards the end of the conversation and then I was like
making a mental note to myself that this individual has not called me out once so
they either are just hearing it incorrectly or maybe they're just being nice and polite and don't want to
correct me I've in your defense I've heard other people say Co Burger as well yeah and some of those people are on TV
yep but at least they're good-look though right because that is true uh they got that going for a lot of people
don't know that we've we've had several TV shows but we just get fired before they air cuz they're like we really like
their personalities until we saw them yeah their faces their faces are there some there's something about their faces
that make you want to punch them they a very punchable face so a lot going on so
the trial venue has changed yeah that says as of March 24th uh a judge ruled to move cber I just did it cobber trial
from Royal northern Idaho to Boise because obviously they thought it's going to be hard for him to get a fair
trial very common practice to see uh a a case of this magnitude for the trial to
be moved to a large city or larger City and I think as as a prosecutors you can make the argument that this case is
blown up so everybody anywhere is going to know something about this case well and no matter how you feel on this
matter or any other trial out there really truly what all what everybody should want
prosecutor defense team judge everyone included should be a fair and intelligent jury that's what you want
yeah I think if I was uh the prosecutors in this case I won't even argue it just
because then we can say look we did everything in our power to give this individual a fair trial so so much has
been coming out like this selfie evidence so the prosecutors intend to introduce a selfie coburger allegedly
took on November 13th 2022 at 10:31 a.m. this was just hours after the murders took place the photo shows him smiling
and giving the thumbs up which they argue is relevant due to survi surviving roommates
describing the Intruder as having bushy eyebrows the defense contests this claiming that it's it's a factual issue
for the jury to decide but this picture I mean there's some creepy pictures of killers but this
is a very I mean to me he looks demonic he looks almost nonhuman and I know that maybe seem
like
