all right now start a list on whoever crosses this line I got two two people over there I
told him to stand by the trash can that they heard a gunshot okay came down here
he's the one that stepped out as soon as saw the gun shot saw the vehicle Le okay where do you live out here I live
right at 901 right here okay my name's Roger whad I'm a I'm a fireman for the city of Mountain Brook okay I heard a
gunshot when they came out and I stepped outside there was truck in this uh driveway that was a County I'm just
giving you some info it's been part it's four-door Ford near four-door forward but like when the gunshot went off I
heard it I stepped outside and and he was pulling off that way I don't know if he has anything to do with this thing
was it an extended cab truck a four yeah four-o crew cap Ford and he's been here
he's stayed here I mean I mean the truck's been in and out here you know what I'm saying has County tags on it
County tags I I know for sure it has County tags but I walked out here right when and he was like right there when
the gunot he I don't know if he has anything but I want you to know cuz you know I know how this stuff works we come
out all the time we're trying to PE stuff together right where about in the house were you where were you at we're
sitting at the kitchen table see our window right there I mean we just at the kitchen table eating the pizza and it
went off and I said man that sound like a gunshot just like my wife did so I walked outside between the vehicles
looked this way and that red truck was leaving so you know it's a little info I mean I can't you know that's a lot
that's well you never know where where may come down as far as a lady lives there did you know her you ever talked
to her just saying hello no Which lady was this is lady that was building the house
Ang I don't know her name it was Angel or Angela angel or Angela that's if that's the right girl we heard the shot
and we thought at first we thought it was maybe just a firecracker and then somebody said that was a gunshot and
that's when Charla went to get Lanny and checked within a minute that pick up okay heard his name as n we don't know
yeah we one of these guys said he's a commissioner for Mobile County I mean that's what the guy said right there
that they know who the guy is as far as who left but I mean over there did anybody for sure say it was no
down or just think it was in uh the folks that I talked to that was here that found a body they saw him the one
lady did they know who he was she said she knew who he was just uh keeping it back in
mind I don't know it's been confirmed that this is who the guy is people are saying that they think this who he is I
don't know for sure it is but if we can contact mobile so and have them go out to his residence or if they can verify
he drives a truck a red truck and at least go out to his house and see if he's there or not I mean we just need to
try to confirm it right now it's kind of unsure if it's actually him
