In November 2013, four years after Bobby, Sherilynn, and Madyson Jamison disappeared in Oklahoma’s Sans Bois Mountains, hunters made a shocking discovery on Panola Mountain.
The family was found just 2.6 miles from where their abandoned truck had been discovered in 2009.
But according to former Sheriff Israel Beauchamp, the rugged terrain would have made the hike extremely difficult, especially for Bobby Jamison, who suffered from chronic back pain, and six-year-old Madyson.
