Frank where are we and what are we looking at here Peter this is the two cars that were involved in the shooting
incident um they're essentially as they were the day of the shooting this is Den
Bowman's BMW Roadster Z4 and yansy NES super room how did the shooting sequence go down well Den Bowman of course was
sitting in the BMW in the driver's seat here we believe that he raised his handgun with a one-handed shot he shot
through his window of the passenger door shattering the window and the glass going on the ground the bullet then went
through Yan's open window he was sitting in in the driver's seat of the Subaru the bullet goes past him strikes
actually the passenger window of Yan's car as we look inside here and how would you describe what happened inside Yan's
car what was done to him how would you describe it I would describe it as a very
tragic tragic death of a true victim Carnage absolutely in your experience is this a Savage
killing I think so I think so and Dana how important are these two vehicles in your investigation
into what happened on that August Night in 2012 these two cars are the heart and
soul of our investigation for you is this why you're a homicide investigator to try to get to
the bottom of who did this to yansy null and why yeah this is it this is why we do what we do we do this for the victim
and we do this for the families you know and it's not pretty um but this kind of
says it all
