as humans we are naturally drawn to those with whom we have something in common the first people I belonged to
shared it all my family the first group I joined shared a passion for film and the community I am most proud
to share with now 48 Hours our passion for solving murder mysteries is something we share with
Michelle M Mara she was first the matriarch of this community after she married Patton Oswell who was fascinated
with comedy and by the way my wife is 10 times smarter than me Michelle's Fascination became this blog True Crime
diary where she profiled both recent and long-forgotten crimes she wanted to solve cold cases
with the help of the internet and her own leg work she connected True Crime dots with other investigators there is a
breed of men and women that are just wired to pursue these people and keep going one case consumed her for more
than a decade one man was terrorizing in California he raped 50 and killed 12 there are survivors there are victims of
the Golden State killer alive who wake up every day going that guy is walking around free why did Michelle mcnam
become so obsessed with this case you know that's what Michelle thought about all the time for those people all those
people families investigators they are not willing to give up and Michelle mcnamer gave that
Community a new purpose I believe this case can be solved
