blood. Looks like he'd been shot or something. Okay. He's on the parking lot behind the
trivia on the KFC side. >> Yes. Yes. >> Who did you see in the area? >> I saw two guys in the area.
>> Were they white or black? >> White. I'd say 1920. >> What were they wearing? >> I I don't know this gal. She saw them.
She walked out, just smoke a cigarette, saw them duck down behind the car. >> Okay.
>> I looked out and saw them and I said, "What's going on?" I knew it was Kent's
car and I said, "Kent?" And they didn't look up. Nobody did anything. Somebody's
been hurt, man. >> Okay. So, you saw them duck down behind his car? >> Yes. >> Okay. And then where did they go after
that? >> I don't know. Up up up up towards the new building. Uh towards Fourth Street.
I guess that's fourth. >> So, just to make sure though, he's down on the parking lot.
>> Yes. >> Is that all on these guys? >> I don't think Well, they they were close
to 6 ft uh thin. One of them had blonde hair. Really really short blonde hair. Either one of them had hats or caps.
They were headed towards Fourth Street. So, would that would have been east or I'd say southeast, but I don't know that
for sure because they took off, you know, and they went up that alleyway towards fourth. All right, we've got
officers on the way over there right

We all know that a lot of crazy things can happen on Halloween night but maybe none as crazy as this. In 2001 a couple of High School students were out enjoying several Halloween parties. The partying took them into the early morning hours of November 1st. One of them was so intoxicated he could not remember what took place Halloween night. In the same area of town a man leaving work after 2am was beaten and strangled to death in a parking lot. Several dreams about the murder and one phone call led to the arrests of the teenagers. One of them confessed and the other was convicted of murder.
