Just after midnight on November 3, 2024, St. Francis County deputies were pursuing an ATV on a rural road outside Forrest City, Arkansas.

According to deputies, the ATV stopped, the rider jumped off, crossed a fence, and ran into the woods before officers could reach him. Within moments, deputies began searching the area.

That rider was 15-year-old Tripp Brazeale.
