Dr. Spencer Tepe (37), a dentist, and his wife Monique Tepe (39) were found shot to death in their Columbus home on December 30, 2025, by police responding to a welfare check after the couple had not been heard from and Spencer failed to appear for work. The murders are being treated as a homicide, with both victims suffering gunshot wounds. Their two young children were in the house and physically unharmed.
