healthy man you likey done lost some weight yeah how much weight you lost uh probably 10 15 lbs you look you look
pretty thin dude you okay all right you ain't um you a drunk or ain't on no drugs or
nothing right you're good to go right as I understand it um you decide to do the
right thing try to kind of tell us a little bit about what happened um you want to just give me a quick
synopsis of what happened yeah um well where you want me to start from very beginning well let's do it like this
Nick I think at this point man after all this time's passed um you know things are what they are
okay I ain't mad with you I weren't mad with you back then I ain't mad with you now okay
um we're where we're at for a reason I believe everything you know has its own reason okay
um are you at the point now where you want to just go ahead and just tell me okay let's just do that you tell me you
tell me what happens two sides of every story somewhere in the middle of the truth tell me your
side let's go back to that night at the bar um like I said I mean went and picked
her up went back to the bar you know I mean play pool drink some karaoke you know everything was was do good then I
reckon somebody had told her about about my sex offense thing then I mean I kind
of CH I didn't know it but I mean that's when she started acting kind of funny towards me then you know when she said
she was ready to go home you know I was talking with her and I I can't remember exactly what was said but I know she
said to me she said now child molester or something like that and I I just snapped and zoned out and hit her
knocked her out and I stuck her in the car and took her back to where I stayed at and when she woke up started
screaming and I hit her again knocked her out again and I'm not can't really remember what happened in that time
period I I know you know I mean she I mean she was dead then that morning or I reckon it
was like 5 435 or something and I stuck her in the car and took her down here then
what I I pulled in here I mean I went took her over there and buried her I last went back to the bar stayed at
the bar how do you know she was dead starting to get stiff so basically what happened
was when when y'all was in the parking lot there at the bar M y'all get in the car does the argument take place inside
the car or outside the car outside okay and then she makes that statement about about your past your history and then
you just kind of snaap how many times you hit her well that first time I only hit her one time then it knocked her out
to the ground yeah okay and then what I picked her up and threw her in the car and back and drove around to where I was
standing at behind froggy bottom okay then when you got back there she woke up yeah how long was it was you back there
before she woke up not long I'm in probably I don't know 10 12 seconds
