of bringing Justice to the community John Fatt who was a priest in 1960 has been indicted for the alleged
murder of Arin Gara five decades after the murder of a beautiful school teacher her long suspected killer a former

that happened this long ago it was a case that involved a beautiful young woman she'd won a number of beauty
pageants she was very very striking always perfectly turned out people always noticed

in 1960 Irene decided that she wanted to give confession at her church at Sacred
Heart she was devoutly devoutly dedicated to her church she was seen in the confession
line she was seen putting a white lace veil over her head but she was never seen
[Music] leaving where was Irene Garza found Irene was found in this canal 5 days
after she disappeared and what had the killer done to her she was uh sexually assaulted
physically assaulted and she died of Suffocation the case just stopped cold for decades why was that why was
there not an indictment pursued why had there been no justice for Irene in 2002 a new witness stepped forward I covered
up the evidence I'm sorry for what I did I think the turning point in the modernday part of this case was when
Dale tashne picked up the phone he assaulted her bound her and gaged her as he left he could hear her saying I can't
breathe I can't breathe but despite this new evidence there would still be no indictment until now we could not walk
away from this case the murder of Irene Gara with Clean Hands So today we're one step closer and
Seeking Justice John Fatt has been extradited has being transported from Arizona to
Texas finally people listened he didn't get away with murder he thought he was going
to but he didn't we got him
