[Music] tonight one won't call came in around 10:50 p.m. it's a female hyperventilating and then the phone goes
dead she's hanging on tenor of 2595 that she's extremely out of breath she sounds
like she's running the we got first responders arriving to a unmaintained County Road 2595 they don't know what
they're getting into is they're going down this dark road in the middle of the night we're over that female 25 they see
a white female flagging them down dispatch calls me on the cell phone said hey I think they need you out there on
the scene I'll check around make sure she's okay you want a little bit off yeah she was
just frantic she had blood on her shoulder area and it's all over her leg and her shirt what's your name
JC JC JC would you tell us what what happened no was it your husband what's his name Robert Robert pointer just
breathe for me [Music] arrived here a bride around midnight so we're walking up with our flashlights
this point on you can start making out a silhouette of somebody still in the Jeep
[Music] the Jeep was covered in blood there was no indication of a struggle we had a
witness chasey pointer and that there was somebody loose you know at large they had killed her husband and I could see
Robert as soon as that that shot he slumped over into the passenger seat [Music]
I just wanted to be okay was he dead or alive he was done this is a case about sex lies money and murder
