October 13th 2011 how did you learn what had happened I actually found out about it from Andy
my nephew and he was like a Laura I just heard that Greg is dead and I don't know
what's going on I don't know what mom's what's happening with Mom can you help us and so I just told all the kids to go
to my house I'm leaving work I'll be home she ends up over at your place tell me about how that happens yeah that was
interesting um my nephew was on the phone with people at the police station and we just
assumed well she's going to be in jail and I'm already thinking I'm going to take care of the kids and take care of
everybody and then all of a sudden Lee got a call that they had Michelle in the car and they're releasing her where do
they take her and he looked up at me and I was like I had one of her ex-husbands
on one side and he looked at me and we're like nobody we didn't know what to do and Lee had big tears in his eyes and
I was like I guess here I I don't know what to do with her I I haven't seen her in six years and when you first lay eyes
on each other what did you say what did you do she kind of looked at me like I really think she didn't want them to
bring her there to my home but I just felt like the kids they wanted their mom and go ahead and bring her here did you
pull your sister aside did you say what happened yeah well first she before that
she started her heavy breathing like she couldn't breathe and I did my old reaction just shook her and said just
stop because she's always tried to hyperventilate or act like she's hyperventilating you know just kind of
take deep breaths and act like she's having a panic attack or something were tears streaming down her face no they
weren't no she just started taking deep breaths and said they treated me like a criminal they being the police the
police that those were her first words that I heard did that strike you as an odd thing to say oh definitely I mean I
was hoping she would was just fall in and go oh my God you know Greg's dead or or say something about him the shock the
horror yeah what she'd been through seen her husband NOP she was very upset that
the killer police treated her like a criminal do you feel like you'd let a killer into your home yeah I'm wondering
did I do the right thing I don't know and then in my mind I keep thinking okay maybe she didn't do it and we'll we'll
find out that she didn't as hour after hour passes what are you doing well there was one moment where she looked up
at me and just I bit her bottom lip and just shook her head like and I felt like
she was telling me oh no oh no what did that mean to you what was she saying do you I think she was
saying oh no this is bad like I've look what I've done
