I want to show you something do you recognize this letter yes I sat up one night and just
because I'm a very detail oriented person and just wrote and wrote and wrote everything that I could remember
from that evening Sheila in this letter you wrote that you went to over to Stephanie's house to see if Kelly was
there because she'd been doing these driveby your house and you wanted to talk to her and you pull over and You
observe a stranger in front of the house how would you describe this man who was
with K it was too dark it was too dark all short u i don't know probably about 5'9 510 somewhere around there it was
dark I could just see the back of the person and you saw this stranger Kill Kelly Brennan yes sir multiple blows yes
sir could you tell he was holding a hammer I don't know what he was holding there was bushes how long did this
attack take uh split second couple like I mean a couple seconds you know because
I saw him hit her and then pull her a bit and then hit her again and that's when I ran and you don't call cops no I
didn't I passed out and you came to and saw what I came to and uh I passed out and I was cold I
started walking and it was when I was walk when I when I ran my legs were like jell until I collapsed on the side of
the road and after I caught my breath I got up and I started walking I had no idea where I was so then when I went to
leave I saw him getting into the car and it looked like he was putting a hose into the car or something it looked like
it was going in the back seat and that's when I saw the back door open and the light shining on his shirt and I saw him
get into it but I was like what is this what's what is this that's going on like
what's going on here and I followed him and that's when I followed him down to Mark's landing and what do you see there
what does he do I pulled off and I had put the car in park and I looked out through my back window and when I looked
out through the back window I saw him pull the body out and then I bolted out of there and then I took off and I don't
remember the drive home this letter prosecutors say this is a confession no it's not a confession letter that's my
account of what happened that evening so you watched Kelly Brennan be murdered you don't call the police and then we're
to believe you followed her killer to Mark's Landing mhm and what did you see there I it's all there I think isn't it
all in the letter
