you you were though aware that that authorities in La had filed a warrant for his arrest I found out about it
prior to his arrest no I found out he was arrested that's the first time you knew suay Sunday morning I got a phone
call and what did you think why did you think he had been arrested then well I knew it was because of the television
program you know you these guys out there were rushing to not be embarrassed by some television producer hunting for
ra ratings uh outdoing them on their investigation and so they're out there trying to play catchup when did you
learn that the filmmakers had actually turned over their interview with Robert Durst to law enforcement in La well I
figured they probably would and I don't know when they did it um or but uh I guess well I learned it for sure when
jki said so did by Bob know that this interview would be handed over to law enforcement
if I taught a course in journalistic ethics I'd give him an F but the bottom line is you have your
client seemingly saying what did I do I kill them all of course that's what dky wants everybody to believe and what do
you really think this was no I don't I don't buy that at all what El I think it was trickery I think it was slick I
think it was great drama but it's not the truth
