told Chip there's a black guy on your side and he rolled up the window real quick. Okay. How long approximately was
it after the blackmail walked by that uh Chip got out of the truck? It had been about 20 minutes. Mhm. Maybe longer. I
heard him say, "Wait a minute. Hold on. Wait a minute, man." And I just looked and I saw a black guy and I Chip had a
gun in his glove box. I took the gun out of the glove box and stuck it under some
jeans that were next to me. Okay. What was he armed with? What did it look like?
Flat black gun. I'm not quite sure it was black. It was dark. It was a little hand pistol.
It wasn't a big gun. He He tied Chip's hands together. He made Chip How did he tie his hands? With the shoelace. Mhm.
In front or in back? behind his behind his back. Uh-huh. What position is Chip in at this time? He was on his knees and
we got his wallet on his pants. Chip was on his knees. Okay. And he opened up the
wallet and then he threw it at me and told me to take out the money. Mhm. And count it. And approximately how much
money was in the wallet? $185. Okay. The black mill is driving. You're sitting in the center. Yes. And Chip is
sitting on the right passenger seat. Yes. All right. So, after the truck stops, does he does he shut the truck
off? Yeah, he shut the truck off. He yanks me with him and Chip tried to get out with me, but when Chip tried to get
out, he shut the door and Chip kind of kept the door open a little bit. I got away. I ran around the truck to the
passenger side. I opened the door and just as I got to the door and opened it, got about one foot in. He The black guy
came after me back around the same way. And I went behind the truck, grabbed my arm, yanked me back out, and I fell on
the ground by the back rear tire of the truck on the passenger side, and he was like next to me with one arm around me
and a gun at my face. Chip, his hands were behind his back. He leaned out of the truck and somehow shot
at the guy, and the guy stepped back, chipped him out of the truck. I jumped in the truck, shut the passenger door.
Then I reached over, locked it, and I heard about five or six gunshots.
