are alleging is that Riva was standing facing the door when she was struck in the hip by the first shot that would
have had the effect of destabilizing her and she would have started to collapse and the Grays on the back of Rivas body
which the state alleges was made by a ricocheting bullet and in that process of collapsing she was hit by at least
two other shots now it's absolutely crucial that the state can show not only that that was the sequence but that
there was a delay in the shooting because it then can be argued that Riva after the first shot in the hip would
have cried out thus dispelling any notion that Oscar would have had of it being an intruder was he angry and
frustrated with his girlfriend then it's murder or was he scared and frightened it's going to be very very telling how
that judge looks at these facts
