when you think about Shelly what do you think about oh I think about the young woman I
think about her daughter mostly I think about her mother uh and the impact it's had on them I think about my mother my
children and what would what it would be like if their mother was gone or if I was gone and how difficult that must be
you've accepted that a crime has been committed here yeah I don't think there's any doubt a crime has been
committed the issue now is can we gather enough information put it together to get be Beyond A Reasonable Doubt in a
court of law it it didn't take long to figure out that Shell's case is extremely uh complicated difficult
there's a lot of moving parts to it a a significant amount of information uh so we knew or I knew from day one that this
was going to be something that we needed to spend some time on focus on and that's what we've done in fact the TBI
uh has given a top priority to this case the a case agent that works this works it every day if he has an opportunity so
I think I'm proud of what they've done so far we're just not quite to the result we want to get to yet and what is
that result oh I want to see prosecution I want to see someone uh I want to find
Justice for Shelly but we're not going to rush Justice we're going to wait until we have all of the information
that we can possibly get so that when we do prosecute the individual responsible
for what happened to Shelly that we make sure it sticks and we get exactly what we want out of it
