Brian Shaffer is a 27-year-old Ohio State University medical student who vanished without a trace on April 1, 2006, after entering the Ugly Tuna Saloona, a bar in the South Campus Gateway complex on High Street in Columbus, Ohio. His disappearance is considered one of the most baffling cold cases in the United States, as security cameras captured him entering the bar, but never leaving.
