how long did you work at Marty's house um i' say 3 or four days what you think when you heard that Marty got attacked I
really didn't know what to think she's a really really decent lady have you heard
what happened to her at all no mother-in-law was looking on the news channel earlier and it showed pictures
of her house and stuff and I really didn't look at that so she did work on the inside work on the outside she she
eventually end up paying you for the work you did yeah she paid me before first I had rent and stuff I had to pay
so she paid me and I was supposed to get a hold of her within the next couple weeks to go over there and touch a few
things up trim some Limbs and stuff and I Ain I ain't Hur from that so you were supposed to go back there yeah I
was supposed to do little few outside things for turn limbs but power lines stuff like that okay um and that that's
within the last couple weeks you thought you were supposed to go back over there
or go back over there be a week or two after Lake day and I haven't contacted her how much does she pay you uh she
paid me500 for the for the little work that I did okay well 522 after she reimbursed her materials so you spent
like 22 on materials and 500 on them um at any point if you G back over there just to try to make contact with
it had had no luck or I'm so I'm so far in Deb right now I can't came afford to go to the gas station really my mom gave
us gas money to go down there and help her and that's as far as I've been in the last couple
weeks are those your trucks out in the field there well back and back just just one
which one's yours uh big booing big booing you ever drive that r one at all no what happened to your driver's
license it was suspended about say 6 years ago was it no proof of insurance really and it took 6 years
they well I got caught a couple times and then I spent a little while in jail and where's that at huh where were we in
jail at uh 11 North how long were we in there like city jail or is yeah County 6
months 6 months when was that well not too long after I lost my license it's about 5 years ago have you
been out of jail since then though yeah oh hi Jessica how are you hold on I'm detecting you're Brian's wife um have
you done laundry at all this week when do you do you remember when I do laundry every day have you watched any any of
Brian's clothes every day every day okay have you ever seen any blood or anything
on his clothes at all no reason that he has any oil and uh used to be metal shavings but he
don't work for the union no more yeah but no and money's tight right now right I think we've talked about that it's
it's tight everywh it's not a big issue we got our bills paid and yeah I have a mom that's she helps out just you two
live here with your two kids mhm help old are they um one's one and one's 6 months one and 6 months okay one's
almost two um me just to confirm uh your say Brian has been here okay we're we're uh we're trying to
figure out what's going on here okay we have no doubt that we're going to find the person that's responsible for this
Brian doesn't have a heart for that I I hope so believe me I hope you're right um I'm just scared I've never been in
this kind of situation yeah and if you're telling me the truth you don't have a thing in the world to worry about
besides my kids I know he did work on that house um that's what I'm scared about
