got a little coffee I went outside smok a cigarette then Rebecca pulls on her white
Mercedes at my house she said come here come here it opened the window and I went there and I she said I need a big
favor from you I said what you need can you go to the house she said I forgot my
bag I had a big fight well actually not a big fight she said little fight or something something like that she said
Okay jump in the car I said okay I'll I'll I'll go and grab it and uh I jumped in the car her son Eric lives about
probably half mile from my house and she said okay I'm going to wait at Eric's and you you go and get the bag and
come all right when I pull the Eric she had the garage door open and she said take my daughter's in-law Angelina's car
okay I I jumped in the car went there straight to the house it's about probably 25 minutes drive from there to
the to their house and they said I'm going to get in the house I didn't have her a key she said
the garage I left the garage open I okay I'll go there open the door from the garage to go in
the hallway when I open the door the hallway I I I seen the Buddy facing the wall and I and what's the scene in the
room is there blood on the floor I I didn't see first the blood till I got to the body when I see blood then I then I
left then then I was like you know I was in shock you know and at first I couldn't see the the blood it just was
he on his side yeah he was in his his side it was in his side facing the wall and the stairs was on on my left you
spot his body on on the floor right you leave immediately no I go grab the bag I'll grab the bag you go grab the bag I
climb the stairs go in the kitchen I see a bag there a big brown bag like this leather but you see Dr schwarz's
body on the floor and you know he's dead now I wouldn't be running off and going
to fetch a bag at that point I'd go right to the telephone and call the police why didn't you do that I didn't I
I didn't I mean I was scared like I told you I I I was scared I was scared to lose everything I built for 16 years I
mean I was scared I'm I'm they going to get me anyway I said okay I'm I'm in the
scene I never been rest in my life before I never been in crime scenes before I mean it's it's
it's I know I regret it all my life I mean I wish I can go back at time and call the police that day I mean so you
go up and you get her bag you notice inside that bag is a knife and some jewelry yes what do you do with the bag
I grab it put him back backseat to the car and where do you go I go back to the her
son's house Rebecca's still there in case you get out of the car you approach her don't you say someone has killed
Steven I said what did you do right away I said what the hell did you do and she
said you know why I did it I remember very well when she said you involved as much as I am now and if you say anything
you're never going to see a house or you're never going to see a penny or you I mean it was I couldn't I
are you saying to me that when you went back and you approached Rebecca she already knew Steven was dead she already
knew cuz you didn't tell her no I didn't tell her she already I just told her what she what did you do I mean after I
seen the body and I was driving of course I put it all together you believe this was all a setup that you were sent
over there to discover the body 100%

Leo Stragaj claims that police arrested the wrong person for the killing of Dr. Steven Schwartz. He says Rebecca Schwartz, the doctor's widow, is the real culprit, though she has never been charged in the case.
